This place truly cares all about the details. I went in to simply get an upholstery steam cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised with a full inside-and-out detailing. Their interior/dash shine/polish smelled like a delicious watermelon bubblegum, which was a wonderful twist as I am not too fond of new car smell. I plan on going back to them once a year or more as needed for my detailing and cleaning needs.

Interior detailing of our crew cab with leather seats was perfect. They worked diligently in all the hard to reach spaces, and removed stains we didn't think would come out. Great communication and fair price. Would use them again!

My car had not even been washed in couple of years! It now looks brand new. They were able to get the paint transfers from other car doors hitting my doors--I thought it was scratches. I was very happy with the price and will bring my car back well before two years is up! Thanks Buddy and team!

I am thrilled with the service I was provided by this company. I am expecting a baby any day now and my car was completely coated in dog hair and mud. They managed to get out 92% of the filth without using any cleaning products (on my request) and it was Much more affordable than I had predicted. Customer service was so friendly and helpful every step of the way.

Wow, wow, wow! I am truly blown away by the service I received at It's All About the Details. I called looking to get a full detail for my SUV and they were able to get me in the next day! Every other place I called was booked out for months. They meticulously cleaned every single part of my car, including the entire engine compartment! It seriously looks like a brand new car for being 7 years old. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get their car detailed!

I brought my car in to get the works. I was looking to sell it, and wanted it to look as good as possible. I have two dogs, and the car really showed it. They took a look at the car, and gave me an estimate. It was a higher price due to the amount of fur. They were realistic with what could and couldn't be done, and price was fair. It's more than a quality car wash, but they get down to the details. No surprise there.I dropped it off, and it took them the day, which is what we agreed upon. The car looked amazing! The next owner will feel like they bought something almost new. On a happy note, they found a key I thought I had lost 2 years ago! A key that would have cost me $150 to replace, so that was worth the detailing alone lol.

Disappointed. After reading all the great reviews, I was super excited to get our Odyssey detailed by these guys. Not going to lie, it was in rough shape after six years driving around a family of six. But I was happy to pay whatever it took to try to clean it up. First the good: Amy was super nice and helpful. They did a good job on the floor. I was impressed with how much they were able to clean up the carpets and get all the crap out. The bad: I was less impressed with their work on the seats. There were multiple spots left over (see picture) that I got out with some upholstery cleaner and a rag without too much effort after I got the car home. It was like they didn't even try to get those spots out. The worst: they basically didn't touch any of the vinyl. I spent an hour after I got home with some Windex and a rag cleaning pretty much all the vinyl. You could see they did a cursory wipe on the dash and on the driver and passenger doors, but basically nothing else had been touched. The cup holders were completely dirty, the handles above the door were dirty, the sliding door panels were dirty... just see the pictures, it was bad. They even told me when I picked up the van that there was something in one of the rear cup holders they couldn't get out. I sprayed some windex in there and left it for a few minutes and wiped it right out when I got home. Lastly, it looked like they used something abrasive on the glove box because the vinyl had this huge rub marks across it. They had the van for 10 hours and when I came to pick it up it looked like they were scrambling to finish. So maybe they felt like they ran out of time and skimped on the job? In any case, I was quite disappointed. $200 to end up coming home and spend over an hour cleaning the van myself. You could get pretty close to what I got for free with our own vacuum, a rag and some Windex. Given all the good reviews. I don't know why my experience was so poor. Maybe my expectations are off? You can look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I can recommend the customer service, it was great. But I can't recommend the work.
