“Room was ok. I was going to give this hotel 3 stars. But its a 5 star only because of Sammy he quickly resolved issues, he went over and beyond to make my moms stay comfortable after her eye surgery. This hotel is very close to the surgery Eye Center. He was sweet enough to get her a cup of coffee after hours. Made sure she had a mini fridge for her medication, and had a extra blanket for her in the room before we got there. A+ Sammy. Need more people who care like you. As for as the hotel. The doors lock,toilets flush.Its cheep ?(*name maybe Benny*)”

“One of the closest hotels to the airport. I walked from the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport is available but if the weather is nice. It's a 15 minute walk. If you do walk from the airport, use the path through the middle of the parking lot. It's almost a straight path towards the hotel. Google maps walking instruction isn't accurate, if you follow walking instructions via Google maps you will find the sidewalk ends.”

“(A one week stay, June, 2024). "Interesting" establishment. Major positives are good value, clean rooms, located close to markets, shopping, restaurants. At the time I stayed, the front desk was only staffed from about 7AM to 10AM and from about 3PM to 10PM. Those arriving later than 10PM must follow instructions posted on the door which includes phoning the manager to receive instructions on getting your room key. The WiFi is good, but the password changes daily and you'll need to make an effort to obtain the current password each day. The rooms have all necessary amenities including coffee maker, coffee, etc. The rooms are not always serviced daily, but the manager will generally inform you in advance when housekeeping will not be on site. Beds are comfortable. The A/C units are functional but quite loud.”

“This is a great place for quick access to the airport or for any other Medford location. Easy parking, great staff, and a nice cafe in the lobby for basic fare. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable.Nearby activities: Plenty of shopping, malls, and restaurants nearby.Safety: I felt totally safe here.Walkability: The airport is walkable if you need to. Food and shopping aren't that far away either.”
“After working a long shift and being unable to get home an hour away due to winter storm, we booked a room late at night no problem, check in was quick, staff friendly and pleasant.Room was well equipped for needs and lightly, but tastefully decorated.Assigned a quiet room to get some much needed rest and hot shower.Quick breakfast available with pool and hot tub.Great place for cheap.Thank you Comfort Inn”

They had more than one kind of pillow on the bed just so you could have the kind of pillow you need. The price was affordable. The food was amazing. The drinks were great and Dena had amazing work ethics. She was cleaning under things. Most people would clean around. A+++”

“Stayed one night during Mother's Day weekend 2024. Was greeted warmly and check-in process was easy. The staff gave good recommendations on where to get inexpensive gas. My room was immaculate and a great size. It was a suite complete with a recliner, range, refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher. Comfortable bed and great price. Would definitely stay here again. Good location right next to the airport.”

“The floor and sheets could have been cleaned. The floor hasn’t been mopped or swept in god know how long. The people at the front desk was nice and accommodating. Housekeeping is doing the bare minimum to clean room. Spider web in the doors. Could be a great place to stay. Floors need to be swept and mopped. Room 103.”
“The whole hotel has been refurbished. Fresh paint, new flooring, comfortable beds and clean rooms. We found it to be a great value for the money. Close to the downtown area , it's location was perfect for us. Recently, my battery died in the parking lot and the lady at the front desk(forgot her name) helped me to get it started. “I stayed here for 2 months. The staff was super great.There was remodeling happening, so they stopped the yummy hot breakfast, and that sucked. They should be done in June 2024.I stayed in an old decorated room and it was very nice. Then they moved me to a newly remodeled room and it was even better. Blue instead of red. I live blue and red, not so much.”

“I stayed 1 night in Rm. # 201, upstairs-- roomy, nicely remodeled, & well furnished. Quiet w/ comfortable bed. Everything clean, including Bathroom (dust on grill impeding exhaust fan vent). Didn't watch TV, but used all other amenities, which all worked (freezer needs defrosting). Use *both* coffee packets when brewing 1 full pot, else it comes out like tea. Excellent bargain! Didn't try local Wi-Fi.Walkability: Easy, pleasant walk to Sky7 Market & picturesque bridge over Bear Creek running thru downtown.”

“Typical 2 star place. Rough exterior, worn and dated interior.
The good: my car windows were not bashed out, shower had hot ish water, and didn’t see any roaches. It was a cheap place to sleep on my travels.
Exterior has someone outside smoking 24/7
Safety: When I parked I had a sketchy dude try to get me to roll down my window. Wasn’t having none of that!”

“I did not stay at this hotel but I certainly will in the future if given the opportunity. We had a change in travel plans and were clearly in violation of the 48 hour cancellation window. I explained our non emergency situation to the hotel and they communicated with Expedia to give me a full refund with no feeds. Totally unnecessary and has me very motivated to stay with the Margaritaville hotel group in the future. Kassidy - you absolutely made our day.”
