Nate at Heritage Motors was very considerate to our needs from the moment we walked on the lot. He walked us through the car lot with patience and questions for us to make sure we found what we are looking for. Several of the autos were ideal for what we needed. We recommend Heritage to others.

Purchased a vehicle from these folks and it was a lemon right off the bat. Spent multiple days in the shop, correspondence with the staff was difficult and unprofessional. I’m reading recent reviews and see I am not the only person whom has fallen victim to the cliche car salesman bulls$!@. I hope these people learn it’s better to fix minor problems, THE CORRECT WAY, and not as cover ups. I was interested in a specific make and model, they had exactly what I wanted for a price that was equal to competing car lots. I did not get what I paid for and to this day (years later) I am unhappy with their service and dishonesty and overall extreme lack of knowledge. I wanted to help out a small family business and now I wish I would have went to a well known Make named lot because I could have gotten the same make and model for the same price. Hopefully in the near future the owner and staff will make changes and provide quality vehicles.(Just one example of my vehicles problems)My vehicle had a recalled part from 2012 (that blew when I was driving 60MPH down the highway) and I purchased my car from heritage after 2012 so they should have fixed it right?Nope!, the owner tried telling me my mechanic and I were wrong but we later contacted the manufacturer and replaced that one part free of charge and my mechanic installed it free of charge due to the hell I went through it’s Heritage regarding MANY other malfunctioned parts. I really should have contacted a lawyer...

They sold us a lemon van. (HighRoads/Heritage) Then we spent close to $1000 at the mechanic they partner with (Pro Auto) getting it "fixed" at a reduced price. They had my van for SEVEN weeks. When we got it back, rats had nested in the back and eaten the seats. No joke. We had our insurance cover the repair because we didn't want to let Pro Auto have our van again. The only thing nice I can say is that Heritage lent us a loaner car while our van was being "fixed".

Liars and crooks. I bought a seemingly okay car from these people. Three things they totally failed to mention: - The CD player was broken right away. Yeah, my fault for not trying it, but still, be @%&$ing honest. - Several months later, a fuel attendant mentioned that "premium fuel only" is on the inside of the gas cap. Again, partly my fault for not seeing that, but that's something that SHOULD BE MENTIONED WHEN BUYING. - After that, a squeaking sound started when getting in and out of the car. Turns out the struts are bad, and were very likely bad when I got it! Terrible people! I'm willing to bet I overpaid by at least $400! LIARS AND CROOKS!

It started out great and the owner was very nice and was looking out for me. I took a friend with me who knew a enough about cars to know what's a good car and a bad car. I thought I got a great deal on my car until everything electrical started breaking. My windows don't work, heater doesn't work and I pick my kiddo up in the evening and the poor things teeth are chattering even with 3 blankets on her, my radio only works sometimes and my lights some time flicker. There was also a very annoying squeak and noise on my brakes I was told it was from the rain, both noises have only gotten worse and come to find I have to replace a few parts that are going to be very costly. $2600 later I regret my decision completely. The people are great the cars not so much.

Steve was a pleasure. He was informative and did not push us. Robin was also exceptional to work with. Good people!

Just had the best car purchase experience ever. So great working with Nate, Dave and Steve. It was wonderful to have them listen to us in helping us get the perfect vehicle for our needs.

My husband and I just bought our new van which makes our 6th purchase(maybe more) from Heritage Motors. The process was so smooth and hassle free. The guys were really attentive and even let our son play with toys while we did paperwork! Thanks Nate, Steve and Kathy at the front counter (for the coffee!)
