I had a unique issue and called Hays customer service, who themselves were helpful. And they advised me to come to this location because they have an office. I arrived, told them my situation, and they were short, unhelpful, and said "we've never heard of that before" (in reference to what customer service told me they would be able to do). Unprofessional people here. It's like I wasn't even there.

I cannot say enough good things about Hays Oil Company. They are a great locally owned company that provides amazing service, and they are always incredibly helpful when we need anything.

Good gas - I usually go for their dog food. It's healthy food and at the best price I've ever found.
