I paid for my $76 dollar purchase the cashier never asked me if I would like a bag ,he piled it up at the end of counter and the said next customer , I grabbed all my purchases in my arms and moved over to the other counter where another cashier was and asked her for a bag , and she said that would be 5 cents , I told her the cashier never asked me when I paid and I dont have 5cents change, and she still would not give me a bag , so I carried everything out in my arms , that's a lot of money I spent at there store and they couldn't spare a 5cent bag for a good customer, what happened to customers service now days , maybe I will be going to lowes, home depot from now on.

This place does something to the male psyche. You find yourself wandering every aisle even though you came for 1 specific things
and already grabbed it, but yet somehow you stroll every aisle and sometimes double back again because you remember that you needed a tool like that to finish one of your 20 projects at home…
Yea Harbor Freight hits men like target hits women, but at least our vice lets us build things right?

I love the fact that Pittsburgh tools buy here have a lifetime warranty. LIFETIME! I'll never have to buy that tool again, at a fraction of the price compared to other brands. "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, too."

I like Harbor Freight in general. It’s affordable and has the best return policies. This store in particular tho is awful. It’s super dirty, the customer service is atrocious. It’s disappointing to see a good company like Harbor Freight have such awful representation. That store seems to really need an overhaul on its leadership.
