Highly recommend H R Automotive. Bob is professional, honest and very efficient. I took my car in early this morning for two broken door locks. I got my car this afternoon. Call first to check availability. Super helpful and friendly receptionist.

My air conditioner went out. It was fixed promptly, inexpensive, and no BS.I had heard these guys were honest and very experienced with Hondas. Dealerships always seem to find more issues with my car. Many unwarranted. I heard HR Automotives' reputation is stellar and I believe it.

So happy to find a reliable and honest car mechanic in Medford, AND SO HAPPY he specializes in Hondas!!!!!!! Fantastic shop. Very communicative, and they were very nice to check with me on when I needed my car back (even though my answer was take your time). No monkeying around with me. Straight up told me the issue & didn't play with me regarding price. These people are the best.
