I live in Michigan and bought a power station from the Roseburg, Oregon store on the way to bear hunt in Applegate, Oregon. The unit was used/damaged with no instructions when I arrived at camp. Had to pack up and run to closest store ( Medford). She listened to my concerns and took care of the exchange. I was able to return to camp right away thanks to her going above and beyond.
