It was a busy day with lots of custom but I was directed to what I needed and processed to the checkout. They were fast and efficient and emailed my receipt. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Other times I've been there and had someone answer all my questions. They have always been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Needed some new Bass strings and a few other things. Good prices. Excellent customer service. Checked out the used section. Very nice guitars and prices were fair. Very nice Amp section ? Adequate parking. Getting there is a bit rough since the city changed up the streets. You can no longer use a turn lane for a left hand turn. Now it's strictly a right hand turn directly into the parking lot and leaving is a right turn only and turning around at the next light to head back to Medford . The store is great ?

THE go-to place for music of any type. Great on-line goods and services too. They also have lessons...voice,guitar, keyboard, bass, drums and now violin! The people there are very helpful and friendly.

Bought a new Martin, Factory Defect all the back separated from Binding. They said its common? Before I tried to return it 3 times because of the vibration sound. (Binding unglued) finally found issue and they said it's past 90 days? Really! They offered to rent me a guitar $150 week, i offered to buy a dif mod, they said NO! Wasted money

Great customer service. My recent two visits Malik was the one helping us. He is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Even though the store was busy he went out of his way to quickly help everyone and make sure their needs were met. My friend and I were impressed with him and his exceptional service.Another positive thing about the store is that it is well stocked in all departments, plus they will order items and have a no hassle return policy.

I ordered a used Cordoba 24B Baritone Ukulele (excellent condition), and I must say that I am so happy! Twenty minutes after I ordered the instrument, I received an email that it was being shipped to my home in San Jose, California. The instrument was well packed and arrived on time. Thank you so much! It looks brand new and sounds great. Your store and staff are outstanding! You should all be congratulated. Thank you.

Worst Guitar Center that I've ever been, and I've been in 81 GCs in my day. I was there to have them transfer a Gibson R9 flame top at the tune of $7999.99. The guy that was helping me wouldn't honor a coupon of 15% on it because he had to ship it in from another store. I asked to speak with the manager and all I got was attitude from the manager. I was literally just trying to buy a guitar from them. I've worked in the Guitar sales industry for 33 years and even with the 15% off they were still making a killing on the guitar. The original guy that was helping went to lunch the moment I started talking to the manager. I tried to point out that the guitar was priced wrong via Gibsons website and I had even called the store that had it to get the serial number so I could verify what MSRP was with Gibson. If the guitar would have been priced at M.A.P. and they had given me 5% off they could have sold that guitar that day to me. The days of big box stores are over. I will be going to independent store's from now on. I've had excellent service from The Music Zoo, Wildwood and Chicago Music Exchange though.

Huge shout out to Preston. Another employee had helped my wife a few days earlier find a particular guitar at a Guitar Center on the East Coast. Going in there with minimal info, Preston went straight to work helping me find exactly what my son wanted for Christmas. He found two of the same model, and made sure I was getting the one in the best condition like I asked.Austin on the other hand.......... just kidding! ?Both Preston and Austin were extremely helpful. I've been going there for a few years to help my son get what he needs to continue making music. It's people like Preston and Austin that keep me coming back. Keep up the great work down there, see you soon! ??

I had to write this review immediately after leaving the store, so I wouldn’t forget.My wife and I have very little to NO knowledge about musical instruments. We came in shopping for an electric guitar for our son.We were both blown away by the customer service, specifically a young man by the name of Austin.He deserves a holiday bonus ! Wasted my time ordering a brand new guitar and receive a beat up, scratched up floor model. Never do business with these idiots. Just call Sweetwater. I was number three in line there and each of us had a messed up order.
