Every time I have come here the staff have been prompt to offer help and have been incredibly helpful for addressing plumbing or electrical needs. It's hard to find customer service like this anymore.

This is my default store for projects that I have never worked on before. Wayne helped us choose the correct adapters and fittings for a bathroom remodel
It is truly wonderful when you have a product expert guide you so you can avoid problems

I love this place, I love the employees, their prices are better than the major box stores. However, get a second or third opinion on their advice. I asked for advice on running a vent for a water heater through the roof, while doing the roofing. The emloyee gave me the WRONG advice. Now my problems in re doing the roof vent is much more complicated. Thank you for your help, but.... verifie the advice. I love them, but I cannot trust what they say.

Great business! They carry most anything necessary for plumbing and electrical projects. Their prices are comparable to any of the "box" stores. Whatever they might not have, they help you locate and order. Most importantly, they have staff that really know their business and can help navigate an idiot like me through projects I never thought I'd be able to take on workout professional help. Great business. Worth the trip every time!

Oh my gosh! They were so helpful today - they spent a ton of time trying to troubleshoot our faucet problems. We ended up needing a new one, but they sure tried to help save us some money. Highly recommended,

Love this place. Folks here are super knowledgeable and able to help with whatever your plumbing or irrigation needs are. In my case they helped me figure out the pieces I needed to turn my holding tank into a potential fire hydrant. Probably saved me a couple hundred bucks not having to pay a plumber to do it. Thanks folks.

Had a toilet issue over the holiday weekend and decided to wait for Grovers to be open to get the help I knew I would receive at this place. I walked in and Wayne had me out the door and happy in no time. Just can't say enough about how nice, knowledgeable and great the people are at Grovers. I also didn't even mind waiting a day and think it's awesome they gave their employees the Labor Day off. Good job everyone!

Grovers is the best hands down plumbing and electrical with lighting of all sorts kinda store. Always staff members to help with enough people working not to make you wait too long. Fi e stars isn't enough , been shopping Grovers for ten years

Grover Electric & Plumbing Supply is my place for plumbing and electrical supplies...but...it's much more than that. Grover is not just a store you visit. It is a place you get an education. The folks at Grover not only know what they are speaking about, they actually help you. Where can you find that any more? I needed to redo my well system, they took me through the entire process and had everything I needed; even drew pictures. I can not recommend this place higher. It's a treasure to find something like Grover today. Check it out.

I went into Grover a few weeks ago and they were fantastic. Every time you go into Grover there is always someone to help.When i go in I always have hundreds of questions and they always answer with a smile. 10/10 always recommend.

Amazing customer service as always was had, until getting to the front counter.Had an older lady helping me, she couldn't seem to find the item code for my purchase. I tried to be helpful, letting her know what it started with, but got shut down and told I was indeed wrong. After that, she still rung up the wrong code, which gave the wrong price. I then told her that was not the price of this item. Which she then told me I was wrong again. I asked her if I could just show her the code from where I got it, and recieved attitude but reluctantly went with me. Upon going back and verifying the code and price, she then gave me unwarranted attitud again, as I was indeed correct. Never had this at grovers but then making me look like the bad guy at the register was the cherry on top. I hope to never get this lady at the register again, as I will be back, because all the rest have always been wonderful. Shame on her.
