Mellelo coffee inside the grange is the absolute worst customer service and coffee. Got sick after drinking my coffee only to find the cream was curdled. Was sick most of the day and when I went in to tell the owner, they could care less. When you mess up you make it right especially when you're serving expired product. We will never purchase our coffee from them again

I shop at the Grange a lot. Everyone is so kind and helpful!! Sammy is always making sure my critters get what they need and Brian ….. well, Brian is an absolute godsend. The knowledge that man possesses about the critters is irreplaceable!! He is a resource I’ve used a lot over the past few years and is an absolutely treasure! Thanks grange staff for always being so kind and helpful!!

The Medford and White City Grange locations are absolutely atrocious, all of their house plants are infected with thrips and have been for weeks despite me expressing my concerns and even showing them the plants that were infected that have infected now every single plant that they have. The lack of care, and dismissal of these concerns is what Will keep me me from ever going there again. anyone who purchases their house plants at either the White City or Medford location, be aware that trips will destroy your entire collection, and the staff do not care.

we went to buy a bale of hay. the price jumped up considerably and the cashier blamed it on nobody wants to work. coastal sells them for half the price and didn't convey that attitude to the customer. I am in the hunt for a job but have come to associate that attitude with a toxic environment

I'm a little bewildered by the negative (and I'm some cases blatantly sexist) reviews. This is certainly smaller than the other Grange stores but it still has an excellent selection and kind, helpful staff. Their seeds and starters are amazing -- wonderful variety of heirloom seeds. I only wish they carried the pink unicorn grange sweatshirt in adult sizes so I could rep Grange Co-op all the time.

They r friendly most of them go above and beyond to answer your questions. Or to help u get a new pet. They have lots of different products. Even clothing one of there brands is carhart.
