This place is AMAZING! Ladies are so personable, Pam has always done a phenomenal job on my hair , my husbands an the the little ladies ! She makes them feel special .. this is a family oriented place ! You would be wrong not to give them a try !

Fran is a master at what she does. She agrees that miracles only happen in Heaven, but I must state what she can do (cuts, colours, trim curl to name a very few) for your image is only short of that previous statement! And she is very knowledgeable about hair care and products that do, and do not, work.Call and book your appointment and see what a great stylist she is, and I know you'll enjoy her company, too.

I went in to ask a question and one of the ladies at the salon was rude. I just walked in to ask if they had wigs and she threw her hands up gesturing what. Don't recommend this horrible place

Don't make the mistake of calling this place about wigs. ? Not at all professional. If you are dealing with the effects of cancer you don't need those kind of exchanges. When my jaw dropped, she hung up on me.

Gaytane's is a small, comfortable shop. My hairdresser is Fran. She is the best, cutting, perming, styling. I would recommend Fran and Gaytane's to anyone.

Gaytanes is a small shop that is very comfortable. Its a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy chatting while you get your hair styled. My stylist is Fran. She cuts and colors my hair and always does a great job.

Needed a quick hair cut for a wedding on the same day. Called several places but no luck. I finally called Pam, and she sensed my urgency and slipped me in between her appointments. Great hair cut, and great salon.

Called to see if they still washed and styled hair pieces. She was very rude said “no we don’t do that any more”. I asked her do you know of anyone in the valley? She rudely said “no and said good day & good night and hung up. She doesn’t deserve 1 star.

This place is absolutely horrible. Lady is rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. Do not go to this salon. Nothing good about this place at all. Some of my friends have said this place does horrible hair too, so I wouldn't even try getting my hair done here.

VERY POOR Customer Service-on 1/2/19 i paid $300 for a hair replacement order, the remaining $450 to be paid 8 weeks later when it arrived and attached. unfortunately Pam made a mistake with the specifics of the order or the company she ordered from made the mistake. either way, i am now fighting for my $300 refund and now must go to Small Claims Court. this is ridiculous. After 13 weeks i was told the order got screwed up, so i simply asked for my $$$ back , (right) and Pam said "i never told you it would how long it would take"- to which i replied, "you have got to be kidding, you told me 8 weeks" ! i was told 8 weeks over the phone, and then when i came in also ( i drove from Mt. Shasta) to meet Pam on 1/2/19..and i was told 8 weeks and after i agreed to the procedure, i paid $300, and then "after" i paid, and only Then, just before i was leaving Pam said it "might" take as long as 10 weeks- i felt it was a little deceptive but i still agreed...in a few days it will be 14 weeks and i have received absolutely nothing! no hair replacement have i ever had, no refund.i suspect i am not the only person this has happened to or something similar with this establishment? A mistake was made, and it was NOT on my part. i fulfilled my contractual agreement. mistakes happen i understand. But, NOW is the time for Pam Cleveland to Own the mistake. Do not withhold my money....just pay me my refund, be done with it and move on. that's ALL i am asking. Seriously, i think a hair stylist wouldn't expect a client to just eat $300 because the hair stylist made a mistake! if i could put a minus 10 stars on this review i would. this should not have happened. sincerely, Marni Wroth
