“I like that it’s available 24-7. I drive nights and have to gas up when most other places aren’t open. There aren’t employees there, so self-serve/ card pay only. I dislike that it’s across from the Roxy, Riff-Raff everywhere. Pretty sketch in the middle of the night.”

“I have been filling 2 propane tanks every week for a couple months now. This stations employees are not only kind but completely helpful. Always helping me with tanks, empty or full, always with a smile, and very confident in knowing what they are doing. I now fill my gas tank there as well. I always appreciate good service. And every employee deserves a gold star for service”
“Parker and his dad that own this convenient store along with the Chevron fuel pumps are some of the absolute most friendly individuals I've been around that's for sure. Ask about their deli sandwiches or their daily specials. Their deli food they make fresh daily is better than moms cooking. Don't tell mom I said that though lol”

“My experience at this gas station was phenomenal. It quickly became my favorite gas station and I was a regular there up until I moved across the country. Lance especially is extremely kind. The attendants felt like friends of mine and I was sad when I had to leave them honestly LOL. Great guys all around that work there and honestly the best gas prices in town on top of it? What’s there to beat”

“I know that this location is now called Pinnacle 365 but the employee Hannah she is absolutely our favorite every time we come into this location which is daily and Hannah is working she is always working so hard she always greets us with a lovely smile and is so friendly so polite Hannah is truly the only reason we come to this location her customer service her attention to detail in her welcoming smile makes the trip to this location worth it.Whoever owns Pinnacle 365 needs to take a good hard look at Hannah cuz she truly is the face of that company for that location.”

When I'm in town I will always use this gas station simply because they have old school good customer service. The gas attendants are kind and conversational. I've been multiple times and this has always been my experience.”

“Super convenient right off I5. We stopped by on our way down to California and I couldn’t believe the convenience, and most of all, the service. An unassuming guy named Melvin greeted me at the pump and handed me a coupon for a free soda or coffee, as well as offered me a cold bottle of water. That simple gesture caught me by surprise and sadly is something you just don’t find anymore. The bathrooms were nice, location was right next to some food options, so this is now our stop both ways during road trips. Melvin, thank you for taking care of us and hope you are there our next trip.”
