The pharmacy techs worked very hard to help me get a discount on one of my medications. It took a while to get the discount to work but they patiently figured it out for me. I spent $5 on my prescription when I would have paid $800 without their help.

I switched to here from Walmart and I'm sad to say, I switched back. After about a year of trying to give this place a go of things despite continually being treated poorly. I finally had enough when just after getting out of the hospital I went to pick up my RX the Dr called in for me 2 days prior and not only was it not ready but when I asked if I should go home to Talent or are they close enough to being finished for me to just wait, she snapped at me and said it could be an hour, it could be tomorrow. That was enough for me. I'm out.

I was told on Friday by the pharmacy that my medication would be refilled then received a text message saying that was it was delayed I called them and they said it was because it was out of stock. I called them again today and they said that for some reason my medication hadn’t come in with the order of medication’s, but that they could give me five capsules to hold me over. how ridiculous is that? I have to take this medication three times a day every day five capsules is not going to hold me over and the pharmacist could not even promise that I would have my full prescription by tomorrow. All in all terrible service.

Always had generally poor customer service. I am writing this review now because they texted me 2 days before I run out of my medication saying that they can't fill it because it's "not available from the manufacturer". Fine. This isn't their fault. But give me some notice next time as my medication comes with a host of side effects if I start missing doses. And when I called they just kinda shrugged and said they couldn't help me and I have to go somewhere else.So bottom line - my medication is not available without a prescription (therefore I am not allowed to stock up), they keep me dependent on them to get my monthly allowance, and then randomly they just can't fill it and tell me I'm on my own. They don't help you, they are just in the way.

Despite being overworked and understaffed they always work hard to make sure my family gets their prescriptions. They deserve our respect and patience.

Don't come in with expectation that you will be treated with kindness or respect. Thanks for working during the pandemic, sincerely, but now they have a culture of bitterness at this store. Apparently it's fine to be unnecessary mean and judgemental. We are customers; they get paid because of our business. Not getting mine again, ever. The kind of behavior coming from fellow women is beyond disappointing. (More than a few bad experiences here, but the final straw actually warranted a BBB complaint)

Twice I've gotten gas at Fred Meyer and Ken has helped me. Both times he was very responsive and efficient.

Went in to get an air fryer and was helped by one of the nicest most helpful employees in the self checkout. Lenny is the man! the sweetest most kind soul, made my shopping experience so easy, Give this guy a raise his customer service is top notch!

I’m not one to run to google reviews unless it’s really obvious that the service is horrible, with that being said the entire staff especially Britney was completely rude and incompetent. I’m not sure if they get paid enough but her demeanor was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered, and I deal with a lot of pharmacies with my line of work.

I'm not a big box store shopper; however, I appreciate the gas prices and service at Fred Meyer. My husband loves the rotisserie chicken. I like the artisan cheese selection and the organic fruits and vegetables. When they have what I'm looking for, I love their prices. And the service inside the store is just as sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful as the folks who pump the gas!

The reduction of hours of business is aggravating.Update on the service at this pharmacy... Today is 02-03-2023 and the service at this pharmacy has gotten even worse. I would advise anyone not to use this pharmacy!!

Had a long overdue opportunity to visit the South Medford Fred Meyer. As in previous trips to the area, the store did not disappoint. This is an amazing store with everything from clothes to a massive, well stocked, well priced grocery department (complete with hard to find organics and healthy items) all under one roof. Everything is as neat and clean as it could possibly be....and the employees I dealt with were all knowledgeable and friendly. Since my last visit, this store has been remodeled and the food department is greatly improved and expanded. The deli-bakery-meat perimeter is flanked by an instore "bar" that has beer and wine on tap with sports TV playing. Target is put to shame by this store. I could spend hours in here getting reacquainted but will not be doing so today, but hopefully will when time allows. Oh, and everything I bought was fresh and delicious, in particular the items from the bakery and deli....probably the best part of any FM visit. Now please open some new locations in Northern California, Fred Meyer, won't you?
