We've been using this pharmacy for years but the last year or so it's really gone downhill. I understand that all pharmacies are struggling and understaffed these days,. But when the online and automated phone systems are BOTH down for multiple days, the least they can do is answer the phone and show some empathy for people who are worried about getting their medications on time, especially for a child. We will absolutely be changing to a different pharmacy.

I would like a call to explain my horrible experience the night before I picked up my rx. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again due to the crew on Wednesday night 8/29!!!

Pharmacy tech Victoria is rude and mean every time I talk with her. She consistently interrupts you and barks out orders to you. I asked her to repeat my new delivery address back to me, and I guess that was too much for her to do, so she passed me to another tech named Courtney who was equally as rude. I can see based on the reviews that many other customers have received horrible customer service at this pharmacy. I called in for my elderly mother, and can only imagine how mean these two techs are to the senior citizens who have to speak with them about their prescriptions. Why are they working with the public if they have such hateful attitudes? Get a job where you don't have to deal with people, since it's evident you don't like them.

My favorite pharmacy, hands down. I won't go anywhere else. I don't understand why there are so many 1 star review. I've dealt with a lot of pharmacies and this is the only pharmacy I've gone through that always has my medication ready within 24 hours of me or my doctor/psychiatrist ordering it. Sometimes the line is a little long but it always moves very fast.

Wish I could give zero stars the worst pharmacy I’ve been too in a long time. Stood in line for 30 minutes line didn’t move…. 4 people working only one at the counter….. received a call saying my son’s prescription was ready 2 separate time both times they didn’t have the prescription! I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy techs worked very hard to help me get a discount on one of my medications. It took a while to get the discount to work but they patiently figured it out for me. I spent $5 on my prescription when I would have paid $800 without their help.

I switched to here from Walmart and I'm sad to say, I switched back. After about a year of trying to give this place a go of things despite continually being treated poorly. I finally had enough when just after getting out of the hospital I went to pick up my RX the Dr called in for me 2 days prior and not only was it not ready but when I asked if I should go home to Talent or are they close enough to being finished for me to just wait, she snapped at me and said it could be an hour, it could be tomorrow. That was enough for me. I'm out.

I was told on Friday by the pharmacy that my medication would be refilled then received a text message saying that was it was delayed I called them and they said it was because it was out of stock. I called them again today and they said that for some reason my medication hadn’t come in with the order of medication’s, but that they could give me five capsules to hold me over. how ridiculous is that? I have to take this medication three times a day every day five capsules is not going to hold me over and the pharmacist could not even promise that I would have my full prescription by tomorrow. All in all terrible service.

Always had generally poor customer service. I am writing this review now because they texted me 2 days before I run out of my medication saying that they can't fill it because it's "not available from the manufacturer". Fine. This isn't their fault. But give me some notice next time as my medication comes with a host of side effects if I start missing doses. And when I called they just kinda shrugged and said they couldn't help me and I have to go somewhere else.So bottom line - my medication is not available without a prescription (therefore I am not allowed to stock up), they keep me dependent on them to get my monthly allowance, and then randomly they just can't fill it and tell me I'm on my own. They don't help you, they are just in the way.

Despite being overworked and understaffed they always work hard to make sure my family gets their prescriptions. They deserve our respect and patience.
