People like your pharmacist ken is why your store has such poor ratings. I will not return. He is very rude and i overheard him making racist comments about a young black girl. Its 2023. There is no room for a racist. Good luck with your store and pharmacist. I wont return and i will spread my experience to whoever i speak with

Stopped by this feed Meyer while visiting Oregon. Had never been to a Fred Meyer before and I was simply amazed of the size of this place. They literally cover everything from furniture to jewelry to groceries. I think the nearest comparison I can think of is a Costco, but without the need to buy a dozen of something. If you need something, I am sure they will have a version of it.

I stopped in Fred Meyer to use the bathroom hoping they had a single bathroom because I'm a shy pooper lol and the manager Avery let me into the family restroom and asked if there was anything else I needed which was nice because I typically get treated very poorly at department stores and gas stations and pretty much everywhere but Avery was a nice guy good job Avery.

Got a diamond replacement last year. I RARELY wear the right (it had only been 9 months) and I take it off when I do we are it at night. It was probably worn maybe 20 time. Taken off to wash hands, shower, sleep, work outside, basically spends it's time in the ring box. Well, the same diamond fell out 9 months later and they would apparently only warranty their work for 3 months. Such a bummer.

Don't be deceived by their inaccurate hours, they close at 10 pm. don't waste your gas or time.

I tried to get a refill of a prescription. Instead of filling it they called my doctor to refill a drug I didn't request. My doctor denied it. I called in using the prescription number. Days pass and I hear nothing so I go in and they hand me a medication I did not request. 7 days has passed now and they still won't fill my prescription I have 5 refills on and have requested 3 times. They need to not have a pharmacy anymore.

We visited this Fred Meyer location and wanted to congratulate the store manager for having such great employees. The clerk who was stocking items was very kind and considerate in helping us find an item that we could not locate in the store. He took the time from away from what he was doing to assist us. The store cashier that checked us out was upbeat, friendly and had a very positive attitude. We had such a great experience that I felt compelled to write this review. Kudos to all the exceptional people that served us today.

Passing through Oregon and made my first stop here for some fuel that quickly led to my departure and looking for another gas station. I pulled in and around to a empty pump to fill up my vehicle when I was quickly met with a young punk employee half way in my door as I opened it immediately screaming and yelling at me that my car can't be faced this way that it needs to be turned around like the other cars which made zero sense since I pulled in with the pump on same side as my fill port on my vehicle. Why have back to back pumps then? He continued to yell and tell me to get in turn around and stay in the car as I can't pump my gas. What kind of Oregon 19 century non sense is this??? Apparently this gas station doesn't do a good enough job in training employees in how to approach and talk with customers. Instead I took my money elsewhere and so should you, unless you want to get verbally assaulted and potentially physically assaulted by these young punk employees that have no business in customer service. What a circus of a place that should have zero business from anyone. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

The ladies in the Apparel department are AMAZING they go above and beyond to get you what you need if they don't have it they'll call around and see if someone else does and either ship it to the store or hold it there with your name and you can pick it up. Even severely short staffed all of them always have smiles and great attitudes. They're very low on product right now due to being heavily shopped so please be kind when you shop!! Kindness matters.
