I guess don't bother these people, I waited at the counter 5 minutes(maybe 3), and neither employee acknowledged me, yikes. Figured they were too busy, so I'll go somewhere else from now on. Basically, if you're on a schedule, don't go here.

Fed ex has policies that you must have an account. So I created one. Trying to access my account number once logged in. Employees had no idea how to and gave me a 800# and the run around. Gave up went to the competition.

Was having a bad customer experience returning an item, however one of the employees came over and made an exception to resolve the issue. I returned to the location today to show gratitude to the employee for going above and beyond to help fix my customer experience...but Danny the store manager seemed to be a bit to busy to care....although I was the only customer there. Unfortunately his attitude ruined this 5 star review.Best regards

The self serve print/copy/scan and fax kiosk makes it easy for me to conduct my business without the help of an employee.The front of the store also has a variety of chargers, cables and adapters for cellular devices and tablets.The staff is courteous, professional and helpful when the kiosk is having tech interruptions and they know how to troubleshoot problems.Thanks fedex.

OMG, We tried every "FEDEX" drop off from Grants Pass to Medford. I had a return to send back to Walmart and Walmart gave me a QR code and said take your package to any FedEx location. Let them scan the QR code and you're good to go. Nobody could read the QR code until finally we found this shop

I took a small package with a Fedex label into this store yesterday and paid for it to be boxed and packaged with Fedex materials as my box was only loosely secured with a piece of scotch tape and the box was not made for shipping. It would have fallen apart in seconds of being manhandled by the carrier. I left, but sat in the car with an uneasy feeling, then walked back into the store on the pretext that the receipt did not detail the estimated delivery date. My OWN box sat on the counter with the label taped to it i.e. even though I had paid for a Fedex box and packing materials apparently they thought it would be quicker and more profitable to charge me for packaging and use my box instead. I made them package it properly in front of me. No apology, just excuses. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF EFFORT ON THEIR PART. THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Update: The manager is pretty cool, but when he is gone watch out. The employees decided to close an hour early, but didn't tell anyone and the sign still said 7pm on the door. I walked in at 6:15pm after work and they were not nice about it. I had already got a shipping quote on the weekend and specifically asked the hours then. I made a trip into town today specifically for this. This is ridiculous.
