I ordered a ring , it took 4 months to get here. I was told 4 different excuses as why it took so long. When I picked it up it didn't look like the ring I ordered. To top it all off it was very expensive for what I got. It definitely NOT a good experience and I'll never go back!!!

I'm giving three stars because I do like the ring we bought and I feel like the value is on point for the price. Now the negative. If you feel like there commercials are cheesy just wait until you actually go in as a customer. I doubt that the mother daughter combination has ever worked for anyone else in their lives. The lack of professionalism in this establishment was staggering. Bickering and the husband walking around interrupting customer transactions with silly personal issues multiple times. I just couldn't believe it. Especially during a couple thousand dollar transaction. I try and spend my money at locally owned businesses whenever possible but this will be my last visit to this one. There's more but I'll just leave it at that, make your own decision.

The lady in this business has a horrible attitude. She is mean and nasty. What was once a good family business has been taken over by very rude and disrespectful children.

We initially went for repairs but soon found items we wanted. Debrah was excellent and a pleasure. Very knowledgeable and offered many options. I highly recommend.

Recently, I took my wedding band in to get repaired after dropping it and losing a stone. My husband was quoted a fair price for how small the stone was and told them to go ahead. We were told up to 2 weeks to get taken care of. After 3 weeks, my husband called and they said it would be done by the next day. It wasn't done and in fact, I received a strange text that I would assume the sender thought was 'witty' but it only proceeded to confuse me. When I asked for clarification, I was told that my ring had just been started on and they apologized for the delay. Fast forward another 2 weeks and my ring is done, upon review of the ring, the replaced stone was darker than the rest of the setting and when I pointed it out, the gal said 'where honey?' as if it wasn't obvious and she doesn't look at jewelry for a living. They took it again and said they would clean it up and get them matching, will take about a week. After TWO weeks, I get alert my ring is once again ready through an odd 'witty' text. The stone is still discolored but the gal said 'it was the best they could do. It was put through the process 5 times.' After having my ring back a day, I realized that they cut down into the band to repair it so the straight line of my gold band is no longer straight and the stone sticks up out of line with the rest of the stones. I am not impressed and if they would have told me they couldn't do it, rather than try and ruin the fluidity of my ring, I would have held more respect for them. Also, when I picked up my ring this last time, the woman helping me was very off putting and seemed like I wasn't worth the time of day. It wasn't a great experience and I don't think I will go back.I only gave a two star because my first experience when they resized my bands, was a good experience. That's why we chose to use them again.

I had the pleasure of meeting Deb at Father & Son jewelry this morning & my experience was second to none. I was a ball of emotions with endless questions. She walked me through options & processes in a way that made me feel important & heard. The only memento I have from my childhood is a ring that belonged to my grandmother. She was my entire world & passed in 1994 when I was very young. As someone with no family her ring means absolutely everything to me & I really wanted to start wearing it every day. Leaving it today to be refinished is the first time it has been out of my possession since my grandfather left it to me before he passed away. Having my grandmothers ring renewed at an affordable price point so that it can be with me every day is exactly what I needed. Deb, if you see this, I am so grateful for you. Thank You for all of your help & words of encouragement today. You're a true gem.

What an unexpected experience! I went in for information. I left with that, and so much more! Plus, there is a "shop dog"!! This may mean nothing to you, but it's a tidbit of info that carries weight and insight for some. After a lifetime of independent study, I've found that the presence of a dog, freely roaming a business, indicates great quality, great pricing, and great humans. Visit Father & Son Jewelry for lovely jewelry, honest input, more than fair prices, fabulous service...and the dog!

Came in to have a battery replaced on two watches and to have a link taken out of one the watches. An older gentleman took a look at one watch and said it didn't have a battery and just needed to be wound, so wound it for me, but ended up damaging the watch in the process. The counter lady looked at the other watch and said she couldn't put a battery in it and couldn't take a link out because they didn't have the right tools. Really! You are a jewelry store. Anyway, she was very dismissive and gave me the impression that she could care less about helping me. This was my first time in the store and it was not a pleasant experience. Won't go back.

My Wife flattened her Wedding Ring on one side, F&S immediately took great care to fix it, they refused to take any money for doing it. This was when Father was still around and I feel honored to have met him, a lovely family who will always do their best to help, the world needs more people like them!

Stay away from this place!!Father and son jewelry has taken away all joy from my engagement ring. When I look at my ring all I think about is how much this place put me through. It took MONTHS for them to resize the ring, and when it was done they didn’t bother to call me and let me know it was ready. After resizing it we still didn’t have an appraisal on it for insurance, the appraisal also took months to get and again there was no communication at all on their part. They always had an excuse: “oh we lost your phone number” “we had the wrong address” “we tried calling and no one answered” yet no one left a voicemail? No one sent an email? They had our email addresses and both of our phone numbers, as well as our mailing address so that’s a load of $***.Here’s where it gets real good. I had another jeweler look at my ring, because after TWO WEEKS of wearing my ring I lost one of the smaller diamonds on the band. They found that two of the smaller diamonds in my band are only partial, not even full cut diamonds like they are supposed to be. They also told me I had two more diamonds that were very loose and about to fall out and they advised I should not wear the ring until it is fixed. They also told me the ring looked like it was rushed, as the soldering was unfinished and not up to basic standards. What a piece of junk. Don’t get scammed by this place and STAY AWAY.
