Awesome team down there. I was told that killing time there was to be relayed as visiting the man's salon. I couldn't agree more.They have every major brand and tool you could ever want. If I stayed there any longer, I would be endangered with tool diabetes.

Don't bother if you're a woman.I went specifically to purchase power tools. One female cashier greeted me, but no staff member acknowledged I was in the store. I went in and out a couple times trying to see if it would change anything and get me some service. No luck. The men in the store had no issues and received very attentive service.

They are a little less expensive than some places on some things. They had a 50% off multilevel table right as I walked. I didn't realize that's what it was until I heard them explaining it to another customer. It was not full of cheap brands but had the brands everybody is devoted to. (Maybe a few unknowns, but you'd save quite a bit looking there first.The one thing I can say without any doubt is that they have all the top brands with more of each. (More models/options). You may find tools you never knew existed. (I saw a couple)I forgot to inquire if they were an official warranty repair place for any of all of the brands. That could be useful locally.Anyway, great place for those who take their tool seriously.

Excellent service! Good inventory of tools for carpenters and construction. I can never leave there without buying something off their clearance table which they keep stocked well.

I was sad to see Medford tools close up shop; but it has been a real pleasure working with the new crew at Fasteners Inc. They are carrying a large assortment of tools and have been extremely helpful in getting the items we needed. They have alerted me to promotional savings avalibe and helped me get the best value on tools when we needed it.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and will freely share his skill with anyone who asks for help with a project, whether you buy something or not. Small but good selection of tools, lots of sandpaper, and of course fasteners. I will shop here as often as I can, I want this business to thrive. At the Home Depot and Lowes nobody there knows anything.

The staff was friendly and helpful however, I was told that there would be no fasteners for another three or four days. At a place called fasteners Inc. Let that sink in. And these were common items.
