We had an excellent experience with Linda and her husband. Literally the first time buying a car and having hands down the best buying experience. (Even my hubby was shocked about the ease and no pressure) We’ve had our car for over 2 months and happy with our purchase and all the history with work that was done on it was in the glove department. No hassel or pressure very relaxing environment! Not your average car salesman experience! Thank you you guys for a great car buying experience!!!!

Nice people, there dog was awesome. I bought a sports car for the weekends, got to tell you it is great. I keep it in the garage most of the time but when I drive it the car starts and works every time. They are fair people. Cars can go bad it is a part of buying something nothing is guaranteed. This car meet my expectations. I understand things will break but I have the money to fix it. If you really want this type of car you need deep pockets. So far it is running flawless with basic maintenance. I would recommend them. They are the best dealer in that area. I wouldn't trust any one but them. They really care about the car lot. The cleanliness tells me that.

Friendly yes , work with you yes. But the vehicle i got ended up with needing almost $9k in repairs after only having it 8 days. Took 2 days for the alternator to fail , day 3 the transmission failed $380 tow bill and spent most of the 3rd day at dustys transmission , day 5 was in and out of midas all day with no starts or CELs here we are day 8 and its sitting in the drive way still not useable. Traded in my daily driver for a lemon and i havent even made my first car payment yet , dont even have lisence plates on it yet and its un drivable and stuck in a contract.... not very happy

I looked around the Rogue Valley for a small affordable car . I find that most of the older cars are way higher priced for the mileage. I found a hybrid at Fastlane but was unfamiliar with the mechanism. I was given some pointers and potential drawbacks of such a vehicle which I found refreshing. The owner assisted me with the financing process and even found me an affordable insurance company with a better rate than my own. Everything is explained in detail and I feel very comfortable in my new car.

While trying to find an affordable vehicle with little experience, I found that most private car lots are in bit of a hurry to rush one into a sale. I had been eyeing a car at Fast Lane Motors for some time. I noticed it is a smaller lot, but the turnover is fairly steady. I selected a small car and after some discussion about cost, Linda explained the financing and walked me through the paperwork. She even helped me find an affordable insurance policy. They showed me all of the neat features and handed me my keys. I would absolutely give this place 5 stars

They are cons. They sell lemons. They have a shady lawyer. They are getting sued again. Twice in one year. They get sued every year and seem to win but there day will come. Shady people who lie under oath. I know one day there will be a civil lawsuit and everybody they did dirty will be compensated. They don't need to be in business anymore and need to be in prison. I have faith their day will come..... also anybody suing I recommend not to go to mediation. The Mediator is friends with their crooked lawyer. I want to see those parasites get the justice they deserve

Admitted to buying lemons from auctions and putting band aids on them for resale. Sold my son who is active military, his first car for 12,000 dollars. Motor blew up in 1700 miles just after he drove it back on base after leave. Contacted owners and they refused to help with anything saying "you bought it as is, its not our responsibility to ensure its a reliable car". Looks like standing behind your products is a thing of the past. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Not just my words, look at other reviews, they are scam artists.

Fast Lane Motors Medford admitted to buying lemons from auctions and putting band aids on them for resale. Sold my son who is active military, his first car for 12,000 dollars. DO NOT BUY from FAST LANE MOTORS! These are aucton cars with issues, bandaids put on them to hook you into buying them and you're left with a POS and a loan! DO NOT buy from them! We went in and told them we needed a reliable car for my son, that he is a US Marine and would need to get to his base and we bought a car on May 8, 2023, it blew up on June 13, 2023, while going 15 miles an hour on base, he had only put on 2000 miles. They will not help with anything a $12,000 loan for a vehicle that doesn't run and will take almost $7000 to fix. Called and talked to Linda, (owner) and was told no that it's as is and if buying it off the street you wouldn't expect them to help, that we(Fast Lane Motors) have a car right now on the lot that has engine blown up, that we (Fast Lane Motors) bought and are responsible for. We didn't buy off the street, WE went to their dealership. Linda did not care, and said they did their diligence on their side and did a smog check. I was taken, was suckered (lesson learned), and don't want anyone else to be. DO NOT BUY FROM FAST LANE MOTORS!!

I'd recommend Fast Lane to anyone looking for a used car at a fair price in the Rogue Valley. ***** didn't have what I wanted on the lot when I came by but quickly found exactly what I was asking for. I was assisted with the paperwork and financing then *** showed me how to use all of the unfamiliar features.
