Chris and Kelsey at the team at Fairway did a fantastic job helping us to navigate the process for our first mortgage. They made the process fun and low-pressure, they had powerful recommendations for small changes to make that had a massive impact on our credit, and they found creative ways to solve challenges that would stop some mortgage applicants in their tracks. 10/10 We will use again!

If you want someone who is highly knowledgeable regarding loan programs, patient with the many questions you may have during the process and keep you on the right path so that you have a successful outcome, then look no further. Bill Gill is your man. He and Kelsey were so supportive, communicative, timely and had a knack for making you feel at ease. I truly felt like they had my back through out my entire loan process and I would not hesitate to refer him in a heartbeat.
