Everyone was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, they have a policy that states that cars cannot be taken to a mechanic before purchase, instead mechanics have to go to the lot. I found a car that I liked here but wasn't able to go forward with the purchase since they made it so difficult to it to be inspected before...
