this Storage facility is clean as a whistle, very well run!! I had an excellent experience! The electronic openings worked great for me every time. The manager Rick gives excellent customer service. He really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this Storage facility.

This is the most professional and functional high security storage facility. I have never dealt with a more communicative and professional staff as I have with Empire locker . Rick has been available for me at every turn for any reason for both of my stays at Empire locker. I really wish there were more storage facilities like this it's so high-tech everything is a push of a button away there. I wish you all the best of luck. Thank you!!!

Pretty cool new storage place with smart functionality. Don't even need a person anymore. Smart doors open with your app on the phone. A bit spendy, but very nice and secure.

I've moved around quite a bit in my time waiting for my house ,so I've been living in apartments accumulating a bunch of things. I moved from Arizona to Beaverton and now from Beaverton down here to Medford. I've used plenty of storages and you always have to have to buy a lock and the key sometimes get stuck which is very tiresome, not to mention a lot of money. sometimes those locks get broken and people steal your stuff, thank God it haven't happened to me. It can get so expensive. you'll need a code to get into the storage gate. I like this one because it's outside but it's climate control and it's keyless all you need is your phone and use the app it opens the gate your storage unit and it closes the gate behind you exit. As soon as you close the gate to your unit it automatically locks. love this place, love it ,it is awesome the best.

So this place is unique.totally controlled by a phone app... beautiful, clean, very secure, climate control, and fair prices... The authentication process to get in is multi Layer, which if you're impatient, stinks, but it also lends to the security being what it is... I would definitely recommend storing here, primarily because we tried a non climate control unit first, and the condensation from the Oregon weather caused our boxes to be soft and damp, tvs in boxes were covered with condensation...long term in that environment we would had lost everything...
