We met Elle through touring open houses. We immediately felt comfortable with her personable character and called her when we saw houses we were interested in. Elle is honest and doesn't try to hide any of the possibly negative qualities of a house, such as road noise. She is also extremely observant and remembered details houses when we were talking about them at a later. We particularly liked that Elle pursued getting us showings of houses we expressed interest in, even on the same day. Elle has fantastic contacts throughout the area, and knows the Rogue Valley extremely well as she serves on committees which give her insight into future building plans. If you want an honest, committed partner in finding your next home, we highly recommend Elle!

If I could give Elle Powell a million star review I would. Elle has been amazing in our adventures of finding a home for our family. Everything that could go wrong has definitely gone wrong (nothing to do with Elle). She has been on top of everything from the start and has helped and encouraged us to keep our heads up and to just breathe because it was going to happen, it was just a matter of timing. We would have given up on this first time home buying experience if it was not for her and her alone. If you are looking for someone who will fight for you and make your home buying dream become a reality then look no further Elle is your realtor! Elle was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend her. She is reliable, knowledgeable, kind and supportive. She helped me with the purchase of my house, even as I was traveling in Europe. I am a 70 year old retiree who made a living buying and selling residential and commercial real estate. I saw a house my wife and I wante to see, so I called the listing agent. Elle showed up . Although the house was not for us, we spent a good 40 minutes going back and forth. You could say the three of us were "feeling" each other out, to see if we could work together.
Elle is great. I am very analytical on a property. My wife, more emotional. Elle put up with us for almost 8 months, showing us homes my wife and I chose to see, all over Jackson and Josephine county. We bought a house. Once it became ours and was fully empty, the property and home wont work for us. Elle is very cool, calm and collected and is still going to work with us.
If you want an extremely professional, motivated, cool, calm, collected realtor who will work hard, knows her territory, knows the other agents ( she is probably a great poker player), Elle ( with a silent e on the end of her name), is your agent. If we had met her 20 years ago, we probably would have done 20 deals by now.

Elle was extremely professional and easy to work with. I provided her with details of what we were looking for. She got us set up right away to view homes and provided great input as I am not familiar with the community. We found the perfect home and she helped us navigate the purchase before I left town. I was not familiar with the Medford area, and Elle did an excellent job of helping me navigate the different areas in my recent search for a new home. Elle is very knowledgeable about real estate; goes above and beyond in helping coordinate the details that go along with the purchase of a new home; and never pressured me to make any decisions. She is readily available to help with whatever you need, and she made the process flow smoothly. We got off to a rocky start due to less than upfront tactics used by the sellers of the first two properties I was interested in, but Elle did everything she could to move us forward and get us back on track. She looks out for and protects her client first and foremost. I ultimately found a way better house than the first two I made offers on, both of which were removed from the market shortly after being listed for sale. I would highly recommend Elle as a buyer or seller.

Elle is a true professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in her field. My husband and I were hoping to purchase a home in late fall 2022. Our biggest obstacle was the weather. We lived in Northern California and to reach Southern Oregon, we needed to travel across three mountain passes. The early snow hindered our ability to make frequent trips to look at houses. Elle told us, "No problem. I will be your boots on the ground." She did a phenomenal job previewing houses for us, and then she was able to show us the homes through Zoom calls. Within a very short time, she helped us find just what we wanted, and we were moved into our new home by January 1. The entire process went extremely smoothly and was truly stress free. From day one Elle absolutely dominated!Before putting my house on the market, I decided to interview five highly reputable real estate agents within Southern Oregon. Obviously Elle was one of the five, and I was blown away with how well she prepared for our first meeting. It was a really easy decision for me to go with Elle due to her vast experience, knowledge, and her ruthless work ethic. Every part of the sale of my house was smooth on my end; prepping house, photos, showings, offers, etc.. I highly doubt everything was “smooth”; regardless, Elle made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process of the sale of my house.If you’re in the business of buying or selling real estate in Southern Oregon, I highly recommend talking with Elle before choosing an agent, trust me, it was really smooth and successful!

Honestly, you would be hard pressed to find a better agent!! I had never purchased property in Oregon before and chose Elle based on reviews and because I just had a good feeling about her. Thankfully, she was fantastic to work with, knowledgable and experienced, and exceeded all expectations. Without her, I doubt things would have worked out at all because it was a very challenging seller's market at the time, and there were numerous hurdles that had to be overcome. Elle really came through, and even after the closing she continued to offer her help and support to ensure that all was well and I that was happy. Needless to say I highly recommended Elle!
