First let me say this has nothing to do with the customer service. The gentlemen that helped me were wonderful. The problem I'm having is I bought my current tires from here that were supposed to be 55k mile garunteed, I've put 22k miles on my tires and was told today I need new tires. The tires on my SUV are to thin, they should have never been put on my tahoe. I was stunned, I said but your shop sold them to me. Why would your shop selll me these tires and tell me they would work great knowing they weren't the right width? I was told this is a complaint they have been getting a lot lately which resulted in new staff being hired. I was quoted anywhere from $1100 to $1350 for a new set I shouldn't even have to buy yet. Extremely disappointed and now I a am SOL on tires that were supposed to have roughly 30k more miles of life left.

I Had an immediate brake issue with my vehicle . Gills was able to help me determine it must be an electrical issue. And even helped point me in the right direction after doing everything they could to help. Long story short, they didn't screw me over. And they knew what was wrong with my car. ? Good job guys!

Very unorganized shop, garbage everywhere. It’s been much better since the new manager has been there. But I wouldn’t go there even when it was Edds. The owner is cheap and won’t get quality products.

Pretty poor experience. Took a boat trailer in for one wheel feeling much warmer than the other. Asked to have the brakes looked at and the bearings repacked. Told that the brakes looked good overall. They made a brake adjustment and the bearings were repacked.
Long story short, I drove the trailer home and found the issue worse than before. I put the trailer on jackstands and operated the brakes. I found one side not working at all. I removed the tires and hubs and found the "repacked bearings" with multiple colors of grease.
Poor work Gill's Point S. Spent the weekend correcting the issues myself. Replaced the brakes and properly cleaned out the old grease and repacked the bearings. Trailer brakes work great now. Wish I'd just done it myself earlier but thought I was saving myself time and money. ? Used to point people your way. Not anymore. Wont be back, won't recommend.
I miss Ed's Tire Factory.

My express was great at Gills. All staff were very polite & knowledgeable. Went above to check out a few extra little things I requested at no additional cost. Really good price on my new tires. I’ll go again when needed.

Very professional and friendly, but the one Tech, I think his name was Tim, can’t sing very well! Job well done. Cheers
