I put this one specifically because this is the one I go to. There's two in Medford. There a very good place to get anything and has to do with vape liquid. Carts, refills, tanks, batteries, battery mods. Anything that you could need for your vaping experience. Go here. Great places great service they make their own liquid at a different facility but they make it they also have different brands from different places. They also have those pre-filled ones that everybody's using today. Pretty much anything that has to do with vaping with nicotine or without these guys carry it. If you're looking for CBD or THC. There's places right around there that carry that stuff. The place I go to is pretty much right next door.

They have a pretty good selection and the staff was friendly but if I walk in and am told I need to use the website for a custom flavor then what is the point of the store?
Update in response to the reply: No, I was not offered the option to place an order at the register. I was merely told that's all through the website. Placing an order is exactly what I wanted to do. This was not an option that was even suggested while I was in the store.
As a result, I have removed a star from my review.

The only vape store I frequent, as they carry everything I like.
They have a great selection of disposables, nic salts, regular e-juice and a handful of devices.
It took me awhile to find a vape shop that carried the nic salt e-juice I like, Iced Lychee & Blueberry Limeade as well as SMOK Nord Pro/Novo 4 coils.
Lately they've been stocked up as well, always great customer service and fair pricing ?

I went in looking for a disposable Vape and I've been thinking about getting one that wasn't disposable and there was lots of options there so I still went with a Frogger Ultra disposable which I've never had I love it so far it tells me how much juice I have left I like that about it I haven't seen that in any of my other disposables the man there was so very helpful I really like the way they have things set up in their shop good job guys

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. Today I was misgendered and kicked out for having my emotional support bird with me. I don’t know why today was different, but the rude way in which it transpired left me alienated. Never coming back again.

I really enjoyed the personable employee that helped me with my purchase and he made helpful suggestions as to what might work for me better adding to a more pleasurable experience with good flavor for my vape. I would definitely recommend this establishment

I notice that all the poor reviews have to do with timing. This company has such great customer service that I bet if you were completely out of your juice and contacted them, they would be happy to help. The BBB says they have been in business for 11 years. I must have started my ejuice blends with them and never looked back. I try to allot for the shipping time so I do not run out of juice. The only time I had an issue was when the states started to banned shipping. I didnt get a notice, but once I contacted them, they quickly explained and provided a refund.

They don’t answer there phone all day long just rings once an goes to voicemail then go in an not one customer just ignoring the calls!
