Overall excellent. Doug is excellent and his staff do a good job. They were always responsive. We would use them again without a doubt. One thing that could be improved is communication between staff. We would address an issue with one member of the team and have another call to work on it when it was already finished. Overall excellent experience.

Cindy was awesome. She knows the area very well, takes the time to learn your priorities, and is incredibly personable.Cindy also collects as much info on the listed property to determine what is important to the seller, so your offer would be relevant to the sellers.The group is very supportive of each other and work well in finding someone to show a house if your schedule conflicts with your primary agent.
