Their service was excellent. I made an online appointment for a slow leak, brought in my car, handed over the keys, and the technicians quickly identified the problem - a tiny piece of wood that had been causing the issue. No charge, and I was on my way.
While I was there, I witnessed a woman behave extremely rudely towards the hardworking employees. Despite the employees offering her a free tire, as they were uncomfortable patching her already poorly repaired tire, she reacted with hostility. She acted as if the employees were trying to hold her car hostage, becoming loud and rude. However, the employees remained professional throughout the encounter, 5 stars wish I could give you more!

A tire blew out on my trailer, so I went into Discount Tires. A guy named Daniel helped me right away. I got a new tire and was out the door within an hour. Great experience! I will go there again.

Just drove up from California, developed a leak somewhere around Weed. Pulled in at 5:30 hoping to get it patched. They were all very friendly. Even though they were closing at 6:00, they had me out of there by 6:20. Shoutout to everyone, excellent service.

I was able to order my tires online which was nice since they were closed. Then the next day I was able to get them installed very quickly. Showed my ID because I ordered them online and it only took 20-30 minutes tops. I will definitely be going back for future purchases. They were very friendly and helpful.

I was noticing that I need new front tires last week, but I have to wait for payday, which happens a lot these days to a lot of people! Instead, my rear tire went flat this morning while my wife was driving. I bought the tires at discount tire in Medford, so I took it there to get the nail hole patched. The tire was beyond repair because of being driven on when she pulled off the road when it blew. I was in a corner with no good options because I have no $ till payday! This frikin guy tells me that the front tires need replaced also and he is just going to give me the tires and labor and sit down for a few minutes and I'll be back on the road. I don't know what to say. God bless Discount Tire in Medford. I have never had any business tell me that the fact that I have no $ till payday is perfectly fine because they won't be charging me for their service today! Not that he is giving me the tires till I can pay for them...he just gave them to me ?. I had to do something, so that's why I am posting this review. Normally I don't take the time to review anyone or anything.

I had an appointment because I was coming from another town and I still wanted 20 min past the time I reserved. Otherwise the service was great! Need to work on getting those appointments at the scheduled time.

They will drop thier prices to compete with other companies. They are courteous, and knowledgeable about what is needed to get you back on the road. I was happy with the work they did. As well quoting me for work I need to get done. Making all cost clear and manageable. I would recommend this place.

I recommend discount tires to everyone I know. They have saved me a handful of times when I’ve had nails in my tires or it was time for a new set. Dallas is helpful, professional and takes great care of me. He always greets me outside as I pull up and gets me safely on the road in a timely manner.

They actually treat women like they know what they are talking about. I've been to many tire stores that will ignore me just because I'm a woman. This place is fast and friendly and just a great place to go.
