Very poor service- accepted a AAA/similar service call and then failed to follow thru or to make other arrangements for customer or to even bother to update customer in disabled car waiting over 2 hours - including close to an hour after apparently passing the call- (which was not able to be verified as apparently ever having been done). No info for 1 hour 15 minutes until customer called to get an update. At that point it had been 2 hours since first call. A variety of excuses, but never the fact that they apparently never intended to do the tow- possibly as suggested that the payout for "in town" AAA/other similar was too low and not priority. Certainly we could have made other arrangements for ourselves instead of sitting in a very cold car for 2 1/2 hours had we just had correct and accurate information. (The last half hour was making other arrangements and then having excellent OTHER TOW COMPANY service that arrived as stated, provided service above and beyond to get us to the mechanics before closing- what a difference in response, someone, INSTEAD OF DICK's, we will always request if needed from now on, and recommend without reservation- Perhaps Dick's needs to reevaluate their contracts with AAA/similar service and be honest about whether they are actually willing to provide their contracted service. - Just a thought. Very disappointed in Dick's and cannot recommend for local, in town towing, as part of AAA/similar service. -

The guys and gale from dicks towing saved us in a bad situation when we broke down in our RV and they were the best and friendly they quoted us at 700 to tow to nearest mechanic which was about 35 miles away who could work on it and when we got there only charged us 520 which we were so great full for the women on the phone was so nice and professional as well the driver and safety was his first priority when towing we were so great full to them they helped us out a lot

Passing through town, our battery died, and we needed a jump start. They got to us within 40 minutes, provided friendly service, and the price was reasonable.

We live in a rural area of Ashland. Last night a family traveling from Washington south on i5 were rerouted by their gps around 2am to upper Colestin Rd. They're 4x4 truck was on ice slipping to close to a cliff. They walked to our house and knocked on our door asking for help. We let them in, they had 3 young kids. We called 911, the police and ended up calling Dicks towing in Medford. We want to thank the tow truck driver Frank, for coming out at 4am to take care of the stranded family. Frank was awesome... We highly recommend Dicks Towing and their driver Frank.

Bad drivers. Had one tow driver, while towing a customers, not fully stop at his stop sign and almost run into me....His job is more important that other drivers lives..... then he continues to have road rage and flip me the bird. Don't do business with these jokers

Such excellent service this morning! I used them through AAA and they where at my place within less than an hour! The driver was very professional and can’t thank them enough for all the help! I support this great business!

Zero empathy, compassion or reasoning from this company. After coming up with $1500 bucks to get my car out of their possession to avoid a "voluntary repo" I'm sure they thanked Jackson county sheriffs for the business. My car was not "abandoned". It was parked at my mother in laws. The lady in the front office doesn't seem to care about people. Only wants their money. Absolutely ridiculous charges and piss poor efforts to notify owner. I wasn't notified the car was towed until they had already had over a week and a half. This place is trash!

Today I backed up into a ravine in a rural area in the Applegate lakes area.~ After calling AAA with the details,I got a call from Nadine at Dick's Wrecker Service. She was kind and helpful,got Frank the driver of the tow truck to help me out. They kept me informed on how long it would take for the driver to get out to where I was.They are professional!~ Frank, the driver was a rock star!! After studying the position of the car and the surrounding tight ravine,slippery slope, he pulled my Suburu out with ease.~ We(my friend and I) were still able to enjoy the lake for the rest of the day!.These people know what to do!~ No B******* and kind too.~ Thank You!!!!

Don't ever use this service. They charge by the hour and by the mile. It cost me $420 to haul an RV 20 miles. They work slow and charge you for the time it takes to drive home after the job is done. Stay away!

John B made all the arrangements to ship our Miata from Medford to Green Valley Arizona. Everything was smooth and easy, on time, fair price. Clinton, the driver was great: communicative, friendly, and quick! We highly recommend them.

I needed to move my Mom's car from Southern Oregon to the California Bay Area. Trying to find a reliable auto transport carrier online was overwhelming. Then, Lithia in Medford, OR recommended contacting Dick's Towing and Transport. I called them and talked to John B, the Transport Coordinator. I immediately knew this was the answer. He would meet all my transport needs, including picking up my Mom's car, and keeping me up to date on the shipping and delivery status. And the price was much more reasonable than the big interstate transport companies that I had found online. I completely knew I could trust Dick's Towing and Transport when John B met me on time to pick up the car. The Transport Driver also was reliable and kept me up to date on the phone as to the delivery status. The car arrived in the Bay Area in excellent condition per the promised delivery time.
