Brought my car in for a transmission fluid change, Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful, it was by far the best experience I have had with getting car work done. He’s a great guy with amazing customer service skills I highly recommend DHM!

I am not a car enthusiast but having my husband's engine rebuilt by Mike was by far the best experience I have ever had. He talked with me through every detail letting me know what was being done and what he needed from me if there was any hold-up with parts or work that was being done based on a certain schedule. He was very accommodating and understanding throughout this whole build. I don't care to spend money much but I was very happy handing over the money on this build. Thank you to Mike and his awesome team you all rock.

Excellent knowledgeable Subaru mechanic. Probably the best in the Rogue Valley. Gives good honest advice, has years of experience and he does top notch work too. If you drive a Subaru this is who you want working on it.

Mike did a great job putting back together my ej25. Job got dropped on him due to unfortunate circumstances and he did a real good job. And when i say real good i mean real good!! After i got it back i put it up in the air and double checked everything and it was perfect. No loose bolts, clamps all good. All wires and harnesses back exactly where they go. Clean and professional. Slightly impressed?… Thank you Mike for making it happen!!!

Extremely satisfied with my experience with DHM Automotive. Brought my car in with a suspected burnt valve, turns out it needed a lot more. Mike was VERY helpful in explaining options on the car and detailing the issues that were found. He took the time to break down the issues and send pictures of the problems since i had no clue what we were talking about. I felt much more comfortable about the money i was throwing at my car since i actually knew what i was spending it on. Even after his work was completed Mike did not stop there, he sent tunes back and forth with my tuner, helped me with instructions and requests to pass onto my tuner and even answered all my annoying, after hours, paranoid questions. Mike is the ONLY one you should ever consider to work on your Subaru. Hopefully ill never be back, but if i need to, i know exactly who im going to!

I have an older turbo outback that was in rough shape. I was given Mike's info from another mechanic in medford, who told me he was the only one I should be taking my car to. I had taken it to Southern Oregon Subaru previously, which I'll just say was a major mistake. He kept me well informed all the way through, and gave me good advice and fair prices. Took excellent care of the car overall. I'll be taking any and all Subarus to DHM in the future.

Went in to get truck looked at. 2 guys were just standing there talking. I approached them and asked if they worked there. One guy said you gotta talk to Mike over there I asked him if he can check my battery connection he said I only work on Subarus. The other guys apparently works there. Anyway the guy barely acknowledged me and basically didn't want my business. I'm 55 years old and I've never seen a such a joke of a business. I went to Schulze garage and what a difference. There were so professional.

Mike is a Subaru guru and extremely honest! He will not try to overcharge you or upsell you anything you don’t need. I would highly recommend bringing your car here. Honest mechanics are tough to find

Mike is such a nice guy, he took time out of his day to look over my car because I was upset that something may have been seriously wrong with it. He not only reassured me that it was minor work that needed to be done, but he also physically showed me what it was and taught me a little bit about my car. This was my first experience here and I will gladly continue to come here for all my Subaru needs. Highly recommend. :)Service: Vehicle Inspection
