I can certainly understand why this place only has two reviews and now a third which isn't nearly as nice as the others. First of all this office is connected with Avamere At Three Fountains Nursing Facility in Medford and it shows with the bed manners they have toward their patients. I was at Avamere after having surgery for shoulder replacement Oct 28 2020 and it was there that among 98 other patients I fell victim to getting Covid -19 due to their staff members Halloween parting and then coming back and transfering to the patients. So I have a ill taste in mouth about any thing to do with this nursing facility. This being said, this company is not patient friendly at all. I received a bill for $75.00 for a phone call while in the facility from one of these physicians. Boy was I shocked. First because they marked the bill being over 90 -120 days old yet I just got it yesterday. Second when I called the office the person on the other end wasn't friendly to me at all. When I explained I had never been to their office and I wanted to know why I received this bill she rudely said \"Well I would have to look this up\" I explained to her I was at Avamere with Covid 19 on the date of the bill. Then I asked her if they billed my secondary insurance for the bill remainder and again her remark was \"Well, we only have Medicare listed\" When I replied that didn't surprise me considering they are linked with Avamere, and she cut me off wanted the second insurance number and then said ok thank you. and hung up.. So no, as far as I am concerned one star is to many.. This company needs to learn to be kinder to their patients and accept when one calls in and is upset instead of having the no care attitude as their partners at Avamere .

Can't believe there are only two reviews here!! Easily the least stressful, most professional doctors office in the valley. While I ☆DO☆ miss Alan Bates - and who doesn't? - Miss Bismarck F.N.P. easily does the hardest of diagnosis and treatment and not only listens to the patient, but actually cares!

I've had Dr Nelson as my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is the most kind dr. anyone could want. He is so thorough. He spends time with each patient, even if he is running behind. , You will get exceptional care. I just love Dr Nelson's care.

Seriously the least stressful, most compassionate doctors visit I have ever had! Dr. Morgan was amazing, and I would recommend her all day, every day!

I have been a patient at this practice for longer than I would like. Dr. Bates is a nice man. Dr. Bates was out of the office so LPN Margaret Bismarck, not so much. Very insensitive, I felt worse after leaving. The office staff is horrible, to say the least. On several occasions they have told me that when they contacted me my phone was disconnected, which it has never been. This is their excuse. I have informed Dr. Bates about the office staff and yet nothing has changed. You would think that an educated doctor, which we are bringing our business of health to would realize that if there are several complaints about his staff that something needs to change. I would not recommend Creekside Family Medicine to ANY one.

I enlisted as a patient with Dr. Bates, but within months was dumped to LPN Margaret Bismarck who in my experience is insensitive and uncaring. Their receptionists are also unfriendly and disrespectful. Also, my concerns to Dr. Bates were dismissed by them, as they responded only with a one paragraph letter that completely ignored my complaint. I feel they left me swinging in the wind. Creekside Family Medicine in Medford Oregon is NOT a safe place, in my experience.
