I had a coupon in the glove box for my free oil change and told my daughter, who took my car in, to let them know. It's was not used instead she paid for the oil change. We had purchased the coupon plan when buying my car there. It was for 100.000 thousand miles free oil changes. why it wasn't used is beyond me. My milage is 89,000. I'm not too happy.

My husband and I were planning on purchasing a Mazda, we shopped around a little but the costumer service by Tanner at crater lake Mazda was unmatched by any other dealership. Even though we just communicated through phone and email. He was still so helpful and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.
