The gentleman who has been there for a long time is always helpful. He deserves a raise. As for the services department, they are always understaffed which puts an obvious burden on the employees and results in poor service at no fault to the employees. Crater lake Mazda needs to hire more people for the services department.

We Purchased a new CX90 mazda on 6-3-2023. From the paperwork having to be done twice because our agreed internet Discount was not subtracted from the cost of the vehicle along with having to remind the sales person that he agreed to supply us with the chip for the GPS which they did not have. I made sure that the chip was listed on our receipt and to this date 6-19-2023 we still don't have an ETA of when it will be shipped. So I received a email from the Sr. Dealership Specialist this afternoon 6-19 saying she is processing our DMV work and wants to know why there's a additional $40.00 charged was for? The money was for the Oregon whale plates which we chose when we did our paperwork on 6-3-2023.I don't know what to say!

I’ve brought my previous Mazda here for some basic things and the gentleman who assisted me not friendly whatsoever. I’ve since bought a new 2022 Mazda and it has issues that a brand new car should not have. I’ve called the service department several times and no one answers the phone. I’ve left messages and no one calls back. Beyond appalled I can’t talk to someone. So disappointing considering there aren’t other dealerships close. Called another dealership 2 hours away and will be making the trek there to actually be helped.

I've taken my Mada 6 there twice. The 1st time was for a simple service which took them 6 days to do. Unacceptable.... This last time was for a simple check engine light. It's taken them 5 days to simply hook up a scanner and see what the code is. This is the most rediculous service center I have ever seen. I've called multiple times to see what the issue is with absolutely no calls back. Unacceptable. If I did this I n my business I would have none.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had issue with my Mazda 3 wouldn't start all icons on called for an appt she said 2 wks is that ok...NO its not..been getting this car serviced at mazda..not this dealer we r new to area...for 6 yrs never had to wait that long for appt always right away...so luv this Mazda & would probably get another one but guess what...if this is the service at this dealer will probably b looking elsewhere

I specifically said I am only going to test drive the car and that I am not ready to buy. Ever since then I have received a call from Ridge almost every single day including multiple emails from other staff members. I have told Rich to stop contacting me and I will contact him when I am ready to buy but this has not stopped him from calling. I have gotten so annoyed that I will not, nor ever go through this company. I would much rather find a dealership up north that will not be contacting me every day after I specifically asked to stop. This is worse than my crazy ex boyfriend.

By far the worse service department I have dealt with. Communication is horrible. I’ve taken my car in too many times to count for the same issue. First they say it’s one part, then the part was bad, replaced it. Still isn’t fixed and their too incompetent to figure out what it is. Never answer their phones, never return phone calls, doesn’t care to solve the problem. Next time I’ll drive out to grants pass Mazda hoping they’re better.

I took my Mazda in today for an oil change and I was super disappointed in just about every way possible. First they only had one guy working at the service desk so the wait to get help was ridiculous and he came off as rude probably because he was overwhelmed. Second, they now use Lyft as a shuttle service which could be helpful but there is a disconnect as to where they pick you up so I had to wait for a ride twice because the driver went to the Ford dealership then left be

Unprofessional, poor product knowledge, lack of integrity and initiative - Sales staff the worst I have encountered since I bought my first car over 50 years ago. So bad I cancelled my reservation for a new Bronco and drove all the way from Grants Pass to Portland to buy a new Mazda CX-5. Tried to talk to sales manager but staff never let me through.
