I went in for my oil change and was told that it was recommended by ford to do the 60,000 mile service which I was over by 3,000.John O let me borrow a rental car so I could get it done that day and come back to pick my car up which they were done before the recommended time.So far I have always had a good experience,Thank you?

Megan always takes good care of me. I went in for an oil change and she told me it was time for a 70,000 mile service so she arranged to get me a loaner so I agreed to do it. Worked out great.

I scheduled my appt on line and got in and out quickly. Super nice people and service was awesome. By the way, bought my car from here in 2006, 150 miles on it. Watched this dealership change owners twice before becoming a lithia store and the service has only improved under the guidance of Mr Letendre and the rest of the staff. Great job!

Scheduling the appt. was the usual nightmare. The scheduling portal was down so it took 4 phone calls to the service advisors to finally get a call through. I had left messages and did not get a call back from anyone, Frustrating!!! After that everything went well.

John was so busy but took the time to make sure I had my car in time to go to work. I did have to bring it back the next day to finish the job but he still made sure I had my car done quickly. He was so friendly and very efficient.
