I asked this dealership to repair my vehicle’s trunk, and after having to schedule TWICE the maintence lead somehow broke my vehicle’s door handle. Then simply told me that they wouldn’t even work on my vehicle.
Horrible experience all around and would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who wants to go get a vehicle either new or repaired, go anywhere else.

It has been 2 months since I received the recall notice for my truck. I have called several times just to schedule a time to have it looked at, but no one ever calls me back. Today as I was getting on the freeway, I lost control of my vehicle, but was lucky enough to regained control. If there ends up being any real damage from this, I AM GOING TO SUE FORD FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS!!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ FOR ME. The reply that "Store Manager Jeff Latendre" left was 3 weeks ago. He lied and never helped. And you can see from the photo, my letter was 2 months ago.

They seem great up front, until you do business with them. After doing business with them, they continue to harass and call you until you mention a problem. After many emails and phone calls I have yet to get anyone to respond. They do shady things when selling their used cars and fail to point out flaws with the vehicle as required by Oregon law. You would be better going anywhere else to do business. Don't waste your time with their awful customer service.
After several times unsubscribing from their communications and repeated requests to cease all communications, I still receive communications from their establishment. I have evidence to back up all the times I have requested they cease communications. Their Manager Bryce Dewberry, Jerald Mccurdy, Nathan Quezada, and others refuse to honor these requests. At this point filing a police report for harassment seems to be the only way to go due to the lack of competency from anyone at that establishment. Picture is one of many requests to cease communications. Figured I'd add that since Bryce likes to lie and say that no such records exist. Last contact from them was September 4th 2024.

I bought a new Ford Escape from Francisco Brizuela at Crater Lake Ford. Francisco was very helpful in helping me find the right vehicle for us. Francisco worked with his General Manager Eric Edgar to get me the best deal possible. I was very happy with my purchase. One other person to mention is Jerald McCurdy who worked with me on all the purchase paperwork. The whole deal from initial contact to final purchase went very smoothly. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Crater Lake Ford, my last one was 10 years ago, my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium. I had such a positive experience the first time that I went back again when I was ready to buy a new vehicle. I highly recommend then for anyone looking for a new Ford or Mazda.

Great service department at this dealership. I started having engine problems while traveling through Oregon. I went to 4 other dealerships and they couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks. The service department and the mechanics here went out of their way to get me in the next day and fix my problem quickly. They saved my vacation. Thanks Megan and Crater Lake Ford!

I wish I could put more stars, that’s how incredible our experience was! We weren’t looking to buy a car the same day we went in as we didn’t really know the exact direction we wanted to go, but EVERY need was met. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful, car shopping with an almost 1 year old isn’t the easiest but everyone we spoke to was there to help make the process smoother. Our sales representative Nathan Q. was very personable and helpful from start to finish. He even helped transfer our personal items to our new car. We also appreciate the help that Jared M. and Brandon S. gave us! We will definitely be giving this dealership another go when it’s time for a new car!

My wife and I have purchased several cars from Crater Lake Ford. For several years in the past the service department was awful. No comunication, impossible to get service rep, etc. Consequently, we stopped going there for service. I recently had a recall on my Mustang GT. I decided to see if the service department had changed. I called, someone immediately answered, and Megan Fowler became my service rep. She was knowledgeable about my recall, explaining the options to me and, more importantly, finding the best way of getting my car back to me as soon as possible. I found Megan to be courteous, professional, timely, and responsive to my questions and concerns. She provided ongoing follow-up and a progress report on the status of my car. I would recommend Megan and the Crater Lake Ford Service Department without reservation.

The mobile service was great. I don’t remember his name, but he did a good job, could use a little punctuality but other than that, I will make sure I’ll be scheduling this service!!! Very very, VERY convenient!!!
