Clint Repaired my eyeglass nose piece in less than 60 seconds.
Very friendly was kind enough to do it without a receipt.
I would highly recommend Costco optical because of Clint

I’ve seen Dr. Angela Barnes three years in a row now. She’s calm and efficient and very skilled. I recently had to order bi-focals. I appreciated her compassion as this was a hard transition for me. She is welcoming and encourages me to return if anything is out of sorts. I had an eye lash growing inward that I could feel but not see. She resolved and shared tips about how to care better for my eyes. I just really dig her.
Also, a shout out to Clint and Brenda in the eye glasses ordering department. They are phenomenal. Brenda didn’t hesitate to come out from the counter to help me find a frame that fit my face and suited the new bifocal demands. Then Clint had very knowing hands when I arrived to pick them up. He made a few tweaks and changed out nose pads without my having to say anything. This process was second nature for them both and I greatly appreciated their friendly and skilled professionalism. I’m on day two of the bi-focals. It has not been easy, but the frames are comfortable and they all (Dr. Angela, Brenda , & Clint) advised that it could take weeks to acclimate.

The female optometrist is a gem, she has been working with my son who has myopia for over a year. She is patient, kind and always up front. I appreciate her care with my son and has made going to the optometrist much better!! She caught his eye sight issue and has significantly stopped his deterioration, we can't thank her enough.

I’ve had dozens of eye exams with many different doctors and todays experience with Dr. Stephen Barnes was the worst by far. I waited over 35 minutes after my appointment time for him and he walked in without acknowledging my wait or even introducing himself. I only found out his name on my prescription.
He did not ask or inform me of anything he was going to be doing to me before or after doing it. He did not tell me where to look the entire first light test where you put your chin on the saddle, and also had the light too bright. The second light test he did I have never had before, and this time he told me where to look and then shined the even brighter light directly into my eye to the point he was practically holding it open.
I have never had such a painful eye exam!
He spent very little time checking my prescription, and I am not confident it is correct.
I also was given no information or instructions about having my eyes dilated. I really struggled after my appointment and my eyes were bothering me for hours.
This was a wildly unprofessional and overall awful experience, and it cost me $180!

The store front & exam office was nice. The optometrist proscribed me a script that made my vision worse that it was without glasses. I went to Medical Eye Center, was given a correct proscription & I am happy now. I've gone back to purchase glasses from Costco, but don't trust the abilities of Dr Barnes to diagnosis a vision issue.

Worst experience ever the female doctor is a peace of work. She tried to talk me out of purchasing my contacts through Costco and purchase them through her. BUT they don't take any insurance and costco does (i found out about this on arrival.) I explained that I need to use my insurance multiple times and she just couldn't get passed it. She kept telling me I could simply send the receipt into my insurance and be reimbursed BUT I didn't have the money to spend on contacts because I was expecting my insurance to cover it. And then I asked her to keep me on the off brand because I am young and I just can't afford the expensive contacts she told me "I just don't support that brand". I honestly left in tears. I will say Cathy whom ACTUALLY works for costco was amazing. She helped figure out my insurance and order contacts through COSTCO. Thank you Cathy you were amazing!

I am staying in Medford for a couple of weeks for school, so of course, I needed to come here for supplies! LOL! They have exactly what I need to survive...chicken and croissants! Ok, I also got some baby mixed greens, blueberries, apples and baby carrots. The store layout is good, the staff pretty friendly. I read they're cracking down on self-service and checking IDs. The people who try to skirt the system really screw it up for the rest of us. If you don't like it, just go to the checkout. This location is pretty solid! I do like that they have the cafe inside!

Was happy to see selfcheck, especially when you have only one or two items, But the staff they have working that area is terrible!!!! Absolutely rude, yanked my husband card out of his hand like he didn't know what he was doing and made a sarcastic comment. Was hoping this was a one time thing since we have never had this kind of experience here and maybe she was having a bad day. Nope, go in again and they are checking cards, no big deal, it's my card. While checking out the employee comes up and asks if someone checked my card, I said yes. She then proceeds to go on a rant about people using other peoples cards and I say well this my card. She looks at me and goes you won't be able to use it next time and stomps off, I was so confused???

My husband and I go to Costco twice a year for our mega purchase of bathroom tissue, kleenex, and paper towels. It's a BIG box store and just doesn't sell things we need. The folks who work at Costco are wonderful. They have plenty of parking even though they have LOTS of customers.
