“I live really close to Crown and it is a very convenient place to get a snack or something I need in a pinch. Staff is always friendly. Even though there's been construction right in front of the store on the 99, the business seems to be thriving...that says something. It's a good place to go where you get what you need and are treated nicely!”

“I live down the street but I’m physically challenged so I call and ask if they have specific items before I walk down there time to time and every time no matter who is working they take the time to see if they have what I’m asking for and they are very friendly, I work in the Grocery business and it’s so nice to have great customer service and y’all absolutely do!!! “For a small town market.. this is perfect! They have everything from produce, to a meat department, and everything in between. Including liquor!!They even had stuff in their store, they we don't have in our local grocery store. Nice surprise!Staff were friendly, aisles were stocked well. It definitely has that small town, family run business feel for sure. Love it!”

“My husband and I come here every weekend day and days my husband has off. Nothing better than coming in when Josh is working. He's the best and everything just seems to run so much smoother when he is working. Everything is always cooked and he is professional. I love this market has pepsi products for fountain drinks. “Rachel is my absolute favorite employee at all of the convenient markets in all of southern Oregon. She always makes me laugh, I had foot surgery and she has helped when I couldn’t grab stuff on my own. She has gone above and beyond whenever I need help. I drive from Ashland just to see her because every other store doesn’t offer the customer service she does. She’s always happy and smiling and some days it’s the only thing I look forward to. Rachel is the best.”

“So I have been coming into this place for a long time. I've looked at a lot of the reviews and I understand people's frustrations with how people are right now. What most people don't understand is the frustration of business owners having to hire people that don't have the ability to do the job that you want them to do, but you have to hire them anyway.I am also a business owner and I do understand the complications of hiring people and figuring out how to dismiss them if they're not living up to the company's name.What you don't understand is how to make payroll,and how to figure out how to use people..........”
“I know that this location is now called Pinnacle 365 but the employee Hannah she is absolutely our favorite every time we come into this location which is daily and Hannah is working she is always working so hard she always greets us with a lovely smile and is so friendly so polite Hannah is truly the only reason we come to this location her customer service her attention to detail in her welcoming smile makes the trip to this location worth it.Whoever owns Pinnacle 365 needs to take a good hard look at Hannah cuz she truly is the face of that company for that location.”

“The 7-Eleven convenience store at this location in Medford is a pretty good one. We've been in there a few times, and always gotten what we've needed. The store is reasonably clean, and the employees are fairly friendly. Next time you're in the mood for some energy drinks, chips, beef jerky, lottery tickets etc. Swing on by, cuz you know they're open!”
“I like this drive thru. The people are nice. They are helpful with getting drugs approved with my Doctor & insurance. Granted it's hard to get them on the phone & you have to go in if you need to talk to a human but this is our post-Covid world & lack of help in about every industry. People need to lighten up about not being able to get all the things they used to. The world changes. Adjust.”
“I lived around this market for 10 years now and I have never seen a problem with any of these people who work there. The market got everything that I need from drinks, snacks, jerky, donuts, to chips! Like everywhere, don’t be nosy and you’ll be fine! The sketchy people will leave you alone. The reviews that mention not going to the market because of the sketchy people, they just scared and haven’t had their balls dropped.”

“I think this location is very newly opened, which probably explains part of why everything is so "new and sparkly", from the floors, to the food/drink dispensers, to the bathrooms. But credit where credit is due, I also watched as the attendants mopped and vacuumed the floors. My only irritation was the lengthy line for the bathrooms. They only have one each male and female rooms; the wait was up to 10 minutes with only three people in front of me.”
“I just had the best customer service at the Springbrooke/McAndrews location. Tom (inside the store) went out of his way to give me excellent customer service. I missed getting the male gas attendant name. I think it was Nate. He was very polite and helpful. Both employees asked me if I had my rewards card (Thank you)! The store was clean as well as the lot. Great customer experience. I highly recommend this location!Thank you Tom and Nate.”

After going to Walmart and Fred Meyers to locate multiple household items I went to Bi-Mart and was pleasantly surprised to find the store exceptionally well organized and well stocked with most everything people typically need in terms of household supplies and dry Foods Goods. I will use Bi-Mart as my primary retail supplier for household goods.”
