I never write reviews, but this hotel was amazing! shoutout to the waitress we had in the morning the breakfast was closing and she gladly came and asked us if we wanted something else, the service here is amazing. Very clean rooms!

I stayed with your hotel couple days ago. Such a beautiful clean hotel verry nice pool and workout room. The hotel smelled amazing from the time you walked through the door, the customer service was great so nice everyone with a smile.We had dinner and the streak and salmon were wonderful, our drinks were great! Good conversation and bartender she was so nice. If I had any thing to add it would be hot tubs that would have been awsome.Thank you for a great couple days.Rooms: They were so beautiful and clean beds were amazing nice view.Nearby activities: Lots of things we went right next door to bowling, bar and some gambling they were such nice people. Short distance to ashland and jacksonville, only thing about medford is mediums in almost every road not so easy to turn around could get easily lost at night

Staff was super friendly facilities are very clean and new. Fun stuff in gift shop and pool has Cabana's! Pool was 89 degrees! 27 when We left . Definitely a be back for usNearby activities: Golf and bowling within walking distance...Food & drinks: Simple but good menu.

We arrived late and were greeted by the happiest reservations lady I have ever seen. Then dinner in the "5'0 Clock Somewhere bar n grill" I thought I was at an oasis!!! The mist off of the pool wafted into the cold night air rising into the star filled night and it reminded me of the hot springs in the Rocky Mountains.

This is the newest and best hotel in Medford. Everything looks new and inviting. Great outdoor patio with games and fire pits. Pool is clean and alot of seating.Rooms have tall ceilings and plenty of outlets.Pet friendly meaning everyone is friendly to your pet as well. Provided treats and a ball to our dog.Everything we tried on their menu was worth getting again and Breakfast buffet is top notch especially when fresh.Nearby activities: Ball Park nearby, bowling alley and driving range.Food & drinks: Food is great and happy hour is awesome. Drinks are delicious

Loved this place! It was like a tropical getaway in the middle of the city. Loved the smell piped in the lobby and in the hallways. The decor was super cute throughout the hotel. Had a great time!

The staff were extremely friendly-- I can tell they actually enjoy working there. We were not there when the weather was nice so we did not get to take part in the pool and other outdoor activities. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and you can order mimosas if you wish. Stayed there two times in one trip. Would stay again.

Our fitness studio held a private party at Margaritaville and had the best time! It felt like the staff really hustled for us each step of the way and aimed to take care of all the details for us. The food was delicious as well as the cocktails. We will be back for sure!

I was there for a friend’s birthday spectacular. The room was attractive, the staff super friendly and eager to please, and the grounds were perfect for all of the planned activities. Oh, and the margaritas….yum! Would definitely choose this hotel if I find myself in Medford again.

This hotel helps to feel like you are on vacation even when that isn't the case. I travel for business and love that I can walk through the doors and immediately feel less stress! The staff are amazing and friendly and the hotel is clean, fun, and helps me to feel care free! They also have the best complimentary breakfast!

I can never sleep at hotels. I have issues with the beds. This bed was no exception, but it was better than most.

The level of customer service that the front desk brought was by far unreal. I feel horrible as I am blanking on the young ladies name. She was amazing with our son and always was so welcoming. (Brittany or Cheyenne or gah I’m sorry I’m horrible with names but she’s been in the hotel industry and her front desk skills were amazing. If the hotel is reading this. She’s amazing!!! She worked the desk at night). However all the staff were amazing. They really set the bar high for all hotels now. The level of interaction an personality an such the brought was by far unlike I’ve ever seen. An I travel once a month.The rooms were wonderful minus the shower an the bathrooms door. Really really poor design an who ever did design it. Should have to have it in their home. The shower has no door. Just a wall but the wall isn’t long enough. So it basically just showered our floor. We had to keep getting pool towels to dry our floor. An the actual bathroom door opened inward covering the toilet area. Meaning I had to open then close the door (which would hit the wall) to even access the bathroom. Which isn’t fun when you have to turn a light on with other sleeping.We didn’t notice that the restaurant area had games nor were we aware that there were outside games to use as well. Really wish that was advertised or more noticeable!Why the hotel is in this location? Not sure as there isn’t really anything to do out here. Other then nature stuff but even that’s all with in a drive. It’s a beautiful oasis hidden in the middle of no where. Reminds me of Hawaii with out the price tag. Would love to come back if it was in a location with more to do do.Drinks are yummy too fyi! Great place for kids, pets, and fam!Nearby activities: You need a car to drive to anything.Safety: Walked around a lot at night to take our pup out. Didn’t have any issues. The area is really well lit up. Nice walking area around an grass.Walkability: No much of anything to walk to. Your situated between apartments, a putting range, an some industrial buildings. You need a car.Food & drinks: The restaurant has some good food an it’s easy since it’s apart of the hotel!
