“The Staff, and or volunteer's are great, very friendly and helpful. A huge selection. That is always changing its not to hard to find help with items most of the time . I would suggest trying to get the a couple hrs before they close as they close prompt on the hr. And staff is sparce at closing. Recently they rearranged some areas, seems slightly more Shoppable. Recommend it anyone working on DIY's hands down the best prices. That is if you can find what your in search of, that's the biggest drawback; first come first serve on items, that have no regular availability, as it is ran on donations from the surrounding community.”

“Hearts was a great place for my daughter in her time of need! She wasn't sure at 1st because she felt that her Dad and I were abandoning her. She made lots of bonds with the staff and other kids. She was always respectful and listened to their rules. She did what was asked of her. She also definitely learned so much and grown from her experience at Hearts! Staff is truly amazing! I absolutely love Hearts with a mission and I'm truly forever grateful!”

Pacific Highway, it's easily accessed and a good cause. Check it out.”

I had to use the restroom but my membership was up so he kindly told me that since they are a state regulated Preschool too I had to have a member ship to use the bathroom. I'm impressed. That is awesome. It was around 330 pm to management. He is a keeper. Thank you for keeping our kiddos safe.”

“My experience with Mercy Flights could not have been better. I needed to be transferred from Providence Medford to St. Luke's Boise, ID, for a procedure that could not be done closer. The ambulance ride and the flight were both amazing. The staff were extremely competent and helped keep me calm even in a very stressful situation. I had a question for the billing staff u0026 they returned my call the next day with helpful information. I am so glad I got a membership a couple years ago u0026 have maintained it. I will have a membership for as long as I live in the valley.”

“This organization is hands down the most efficient and effective in any other organization in its industry and most importantly they care,and helped me and my family save our home when my mom was temporarily disabled from an injury caused by her place of employment. Within one week of calling for help they cut my landlord a check to aid in Access which they took 3 months to help us..in any case we are greatly appreciated for all this organization has done forever thankful to Jessica the intake advocate who dedicated her time in our crisis..we now are caught up in rent and the baby on its way...God Bless you all at Community Works Medford Oregon”
