Pretty bad when you work right around the corner, stop in to get some lunch, pay for a cold 8 piece chicken ($7.99) and only get 4 pieces. Never again will I buy chicken from these rip offs!!!

I know that this location is now called Pinnacle 365 but the employee Hannah she is absolutely our favorite every time we come into this location which is daily and Hannah is working she is always working so hard she always greets us with a lovely smile and is so friendly so polite Hannah is truly the only reason we come to this location her customer service her attention to detail in her welcoming smile makes the trip to this location worth it.Whoever owns Pinnacle 365 needs to take a good hard look at Hannah cuz she truly is the face of that company for that location.

Describing this gas station is too much, always d*** activity, working g****, someone fighting or screaming and talking to themselves roaming around getting too close for comfort. The staff is slow but friendly. When Nick L worked there it was a lot more fast paced but they basically fired him after he had a mental breakdown after his girlfriend died, that's too bad.

Employees are friendly but no one available to pump gas today. Happens a lot, I had to go to Chevon down the street. I don't mind having to pump my own gas if they are short handed but put up a sign at least so costumers know what is going on. I hated waiting for ten minutes not knowing what was the situation.

My experience in this circle k SUCKED. I went in to use the restroom and to get a quick bite to eat. I stood in front of their fried food display for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me so I took it upon myself to ask for service and the guy that watched me stand there forever said "I'm not serving anything out of there. It's all expired" which I appreciate the heads up but would've loved the info much sooner. I had a very similar experience when I tried to use the restroom.. when I walked up I noticed that it was occupied. No problem I'll just patiently wait.. after 20 min nobody came out.. I walked back up to see it's still occupied. Waited a little longer and then knocked. No one responds. So I asked the guy that's been watching me just stand around if anyone is in there. Since there wasn't a sign or anything.. He doesn't even acknowledge me but instead tells the other employee that just showed up, "I closed the sh*tter and I'm not opening it back up. There's sh*t everywhere" thanks a lot for the info dude. I love hanging out in circle k for over 30 min for nothing. Real piece of work

Dont no why getting chicken here is so hard. Its a hit n miss with you guys. every saturday around 3pm to 4 pm i try and get some food here but there is always some excuse why you dont have any. last week a called to see if you guys were up and running around 3pm and you told me the fryer was on but all the chicken was sold. for crying out loud guys its 3pm people are just starting to think about dinner. Cmon Man.

The Customer service here is the absolute worst! The employees are so lazy! Something's always broke or not working. Never hot food because no one ACTUALLY wants too work! This place is a fricken JOKE! IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Went to get gas a natural gas! The worker was very very rude! Told my dad he was an old fart and could wait. Seems like a regular problem at this location! I will find other places to fill my tanks! Very rude pour service!
