I think it’s great that Medford is trying to expand by opening bigger chains and constructing them in a modern manner.But doing just that isn’t enough. I recently came to visit Medford and I was craving Chipotle.Came into this location around 4pm on Monday… and the employees just seem like they are not enjoying their jobs. The serving is less than your usual while they pack on sour cream and guac excessively.I tried to keep my composure and be kind, but after a few bites into the food, the meat was cold. And the veggies tasted bitter.Such a waste of money.As always, can’t expect much from fast casual dining.Maybe retraining is necessary? Or switch up the management? Usually when employees are unhappy and the outcome is poor, usually it’s a sign of something isn’t right in higher leadership.

During lunch the past two times we had to wait 15 minutes for chicken and chicken Al pastor. Staff definitely wasn’t trained for lunch rush.

4 no white rice, corn or chips. this will be the last time I come here. I just paid 12$ for brown rice, a handful of beans and guacamole. How do you run out of rice.I have a consistently inconsistent experience at this store. Currently 20 people waiting in line watching one new guy make burritos like it’s his first time ever while a lady watches him at the register.People are getting out of line and creating mobile orders cause it’s faster to get your food that way. The guy in the mobile order bane keeps announcing that they’re 30 minutes behind. Theres probably 10 people waiting on mobile orders.I’ve been in a chipotle before. I expect it to be nuts. They are all really busy. This store seems to miss the mark on how to handle a large quantity of people. I will just go to the north Medford store from now on since I can drive there and back to my house in the time I get my food here.This store also runs out of food often. Don’t order through DoorDash/online they skimp on portions.Edit: Shout out to the blonde lady with tattoos. She knows how to handle a rush. I raised my review a star because of her.

Would have been great tacos had they not stuffed the top with very cold sour cream and salsa. Made the entire taco cold and unpleasant to eat. That was my first time eating chipotle and I won’t be back. Those tacos weren’t cheap!

I've used the app to order from this place several times, and unfortunately, each time has been plagued with issues. On my latest attempt, I arrived for my scheduled pick-up at 8:20pm, only to find that my order wasn't ready. Surprisingly, there were others who had been waiting for their food long before I even arrived. Despite waiting until 8:50pm, my order still hadn't been fulfilled, and there were still customers waiting ahead of me. The wait became so unbearable that I decided to try the North Medford location instead. After placing and paying for my order at the South Medford location, I set my pick-up time for 9:00pm at North Medford. However, when I arrived exactly at 9:00pm, they informed me that my order was not yet prepared, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was simply unacceptable.

Constantly out of the basics like veggies and guacamole. Employees obviously don't care. It's never clean and online orders are always slow. As of now waiting for order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago...

Friendly service and good food for a great price! I had a great experience tonight! There was a line to the door but I got thru it in about 5 minutes! Three people working on the line with smiling faces and seemed to be having a good time! Full crew was working like a well oiled machine. Just a couple of weeks ago things weren't this good.I had a salad w 1/2 carnitas and 1/2 steak. Meat was very tender. It was very good and so very fresh.Dang! This was a really good experience. Keep it up guys!

This used to be the good Chipotle. For the past year or so it's gone exponentially down hill. I feel bad for the employees, because you can tell it's the managers fault. Running out of items constantly, taking 45 minutes to get through line everytime, 1 employee handling the line and moving slow. It's bad.

Food was good, the girl making food didn't know what the difference between the rices were which was weird and not very helpful since I have only been here one other time.

This chipolte is OK. Sometimes its not so great, not so clean - but the good is decent enough fir being a chipolte.

Whoever is managing this place needs to get their act together. At peak lunch hour they had one person doing all the food prep and one person standing there waiting to accept money. Total waste of time. There are 15 people standing in line when I left. What a joke.
