I get propane here often and today I went to the office and the employee at the cash register told me not to wait outside and to come to the door, which I had done so I just nodded. Then I clearly hear another female employee in the office say “is that the girl who gets propane? I can’t stand her.” I guess she didn’t realize I was standing right there. I’ll never give them my business again so I hope she’s happy. I worked in customer service for years and never treated anyone that way. I would have been fired immediately.

The tall guy with the tattoos was so nice! Very timely while there were multiple people there getting gas.Great customer service and got us in and out in a timely manner!

Fairly typical Chevron gas station. This one doesn't seem too crowded and is readily accessible from interstate 5 ( North or south bound directions). Slightly harder to get back onto interstate 5, but nothing too challenging. Also has a fairly modest convenience store friends inside the store itself.

I'm not sure what I ever did to this female employee that is working tonight Saturday March 25, 2023 but she is very rude she lacks complete customer service skills and never and I mean never do I ever see her greet with a positive attitude it's always really dark and obtuse.I will bring my money to another fuel station as this one is the worst in medford.

Yes so me and my pregnant wife stopped to get gas as we are traveling back home, we did not expect to get yelled at by "THE GUY WHO IS PUMPING OUR GAS!" Such an inconvenience I'm glad I'm traveling to those who live in Bedford I'm sorry for you. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Easiest place to get propane which is important as that's how we cook in the summer. August 15th 2022 I went down to fill up and the attendant (female, tall) let me know the tank wasn't safe. That wasn't the first time I've seen her concerned for others safety. Great group of people
