My sister went to the gas station and ended up being the first person to arrive and she got ignored by the staff and ended up pumping her own gas while the staff helped those who arrived after her and waited until after she pumped her own gas to then want to help her. there was nobody else there when she arrived they stood there and did nothing only

Service for gas is good but when I asked them about changing the pre-wash water for the car wash, they said the boss only allows them to do it once/day. Yeah, right. The water is filthy and pretty much no soap in the bucket. Guess I'll be looking for another car wash.:(

Stopped by here to fill up on gas. I'm from California, so it was unusual to have someone walk up to the car when you pull up to the station. But the pump guy was really nice and made good conversation. Overall, clean facility and great service!

We stopped for gas before heading home on Friday October 3, early in the morning with the pups. The lil one went bark crazy on the pump guy. So what did he do? Walked over to the register and brought back a handful of dog cookies for the brats. Thank You. Being from California the dogs aren't use to people that close to the car at a gas station unless it's someone that they should bark at.... Panhandlers. Everytime we drive to Washington we stay in Medford. Your our Medford gas station stop for now on!!!

Clean facilities and friendly employees at this location. Not only offered to clean the windows, but even offered a treat for our Basset hound. Great service!

I stopped here on the way up to Oregon and i knew that there are people that pump your gas for you. I was so excited because this was the first time getting gas in Oregon and they pump your gas for you. Growing up in California you have to pump your own gas so it was just really weird. When i pulled up to the gas station i was just chilling in my car and rolled down my window. I wasn't sure what to say so i just told him i wanted regular and i gave him my credit card. That worked out perfectly and then he asked me if i wanted him to wash my windshield. I know it is part of his job, but i felt bad so i told him that i could do it myself and i did. haha. The guy topped it off for me and we were back on our way. Having people pump your gas is good, it creates more jobs.
