Can't trust his word. I was working with Jim, planning to come from Bend to buy a car. He agreed to a time and date to bring the used vehicle into a mechanic 15 minutes away, I set everything up with the mechanic scheduled the appointment, and Jim agreed on the time and day to bring it in. He then failed to bring it in (I was paying, not him), stopped responding to my calls and texts, and never picked up another call from me despite me calling daily for a week. My partner then called and Jim causally mentioned "some girl" wanted him to bring it to a mechanic "out of **** town" and he "ain't doing that ****". Not only does he not follow through on his word, he speaks poorly about his customers to other customers. A simple phone call or text back saying he wouldn't bring it there is all I would have asked. Not impressed.

7500 and my old truck for a lemon. 8extra k on top and two years later the truck they sold me will still leave me and my horses stranded if I drive it more than 50 miles. I really hope karma has a special comeback for them.

About 5 weeks ago now I found a car on Craigslist and got in contact with “Jim” who is the owner here and also a car enthusiast in general.
I ended up buying the Subaru he had for sale and what was totally unexpected it had some overheating issues after driving for about a week.
However when I called him and explained he was as surprised as I was and went the extra mile with me and paid helped pay for the cost of repair and shortly after I now have an amazing car and some things that would have maintenances in the future done already and with the help of “Jim” I got it done a fraction of the cost and I’m SO SO SO HAPPY!!!
He even let me use a loaner car in the meantime. Offered me coffee and his time for nothing in return. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM HIS BUSINESS AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO RUNS IT! 10/10
Thank you very much Jim and I’m so happy with my car. You are amazing!❤️

Over all I spent $4073,00 for a 3800.00 2012 hyndi.

Sold me the car and can't seem to come up with a title. It's been a week. No tags, no plate, no title, very unprofessional.

Very disappointed with Chevelle’s auto in Medford, OR. Back in march 2022 I seen a car on Facebook marketplace for a great price, great miles, etc. I messaged the dealership off messenger, received a fast response, was informed the car was available and there was numerous other similar vehicles with pricing and quality. I’m not from there and was waiting on taxes before I was able to make any decisions. I did decide that’s where I was intending getting my next vehicle. The next weekend I got taxes, I also had my kids and with recently starting a new job wasn’t able to have them much so I decided to take the kids out for the day to have fun and spend much needed time together. Right as we got at the halfway point everything went bad. We were about half way up the hill between Klamath falls and Medford and my car just died. No power. It was snowing, all 3 kids, bald tires. Luckily my bf knew what he was doing so we were safe. I had to call my sister for help (in Medford) because I don’t have family in town that’s able to help. She was working. My boyfriend was able to get us up the hill and coast down the rest of the way towards white city. Made it right outside town before the car gave up. Chevelles was open on Saturday so my sister took me to a motel for the night and around town looking at cars. Next day picked us up and we went to chevelles. We got there and there wasn’t much if anything of what I seen in the ad on Facebook. That was also the only lot open at that point so not much choice. I ended up finding a cute little Subaru forester. Very high mileage (200k+) at $3800, (way above my intended price range) he was able to drop the price down to 3500 but added another $250 for new tags and registration. He didn’t take credit cards so I had to get all the cash off my card on a Saturday. That was about 12 different atms, had to finish next day as I reached my withdrawal limit. Then I go in to find out that he can’t accept cash so I then had to go out to 2 different Walmarts and do a money order sent to myself between Walmarts. Still had my 3 kids and boyfriend. Took my sisters entire weekend too. Kids were miserable and had no fun. I lost my job because I was stuck there. My car that broke down got broken into and my brand new stereo stolen. After getting the car we took kids back and dropped them to grandma and went back to try and fix car. Someone was adamant about trying to steal my car even as we were working on it. Spent about a week trying ti fix it, bought new battery, new starter, new fuel pump. Car wouldn’t start. We stayed in our car next ti other car to prevent theft so a week without shower we decided to go back home to shower and rest and change. Next morning went back and car was gone. All the money spent wasted had no idea where car went. A few weeks later found out it got towed by the motel the day we left. It was going to be auctioned and I owed the tow company $2500 for towing and storage fees. About 5 hours after we bought new car and left the lot my sunroof wouldn’t open, the engine light came on along with flashing cruise control light and no working cruise control. Battery died. Had to replace that. About a week after leaving Medford car started making weird noise like a rattling which we assumed was the issue we were told about and was a “50$ part” come to find out it was not a 50$ part nor was it the same part at all. It was my u joint and driveline. About 3 weeks after purchase was home and backing up when we heard a loud Grind noise then the shift knob did it’s own thing and car wouldn’t move. My u joint broke. When we looked it was completely broke in half. Had to buy brand new driveline because Subaru doesn’t do the u joint by itself. I tried to contact chevelles auto and never got a response. Since then I have had to replace the u joint\driveline/ alternator/ radiator hose/ filters/ pulley and belts/battery. The other u joint is failing now and will need replaced soon. Very poor advertising, salesmanship to just not respond at all after all this. Added photo of u joint

Almost 2 years later after I got my truck here I still haven't received the title I was promised. He claimed it had to be sent up to Salem and then back down to medford and then will be sent to me. It's been almost 2 years dude, where is my title?
