Yeah so I got paid early Friday and deposited my check as usual, however, my funds will not be available to me until Monday? When I call, the guy tells me the best thing I can do is wait. I told him I have bills to pay and I have a six and a nine year old and we had plans this weekend and this is the second time this has happened this month. This is unacceptable. Every check before this, for more money, was almost instantly in my account when I deposited it, why has that changed and why is your best answer for your dedicated customers to wait instead on clearing the check which I know you are able to do because that’s what they did for me last time when the same thing happened and I again was completely out of money. This bank treats its customers like they are optional, like they only matter if they complain loud enough to irritate someone into working. This bank is not for people like myself who live paycheck to paycheck and need money when they deposit it within a reasonable time frame. The check should have been cleared yesterday before five pm, why all of a sudden are you putting all deposits on holds? This company sucks, I will no longer be doing business here they play with your money like it is a game and when you try to right a wrong that they committed they ask you to wait instead of fixing the problem for their long time customers who have been faithful to this bank and trusted them with their money. Pay attention to the low ratings, this is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. I refuse to be treated like I do not matter, I refuse to have my money held by a bank that I worked for until they are ready to release MY MONEY!!!

Their bankers (at the counter) are ridiculous - they always look like they rolled out of bed -- they look unkempt and unprofessional in dress. They look like teenagers parading as bankers. Too casual in both dress and demeanor. I closed my account and the associate who served me never looked me in the eye and handed me a wad of cash without counting the money. I knew I had made the right call because it's just too painful to be at the receiving end of their customer service. I get angry from the flippancy so it feels good to part ways. (Note: Anthony is an exception.)

I had a great experience at this Chase Bank branch. I got my Mexican pesos within 24 hours of ordering them. They helped me with the exchange rate. They went the extra mile to make sure that I had a good experience. They have been very professional and diligent in a large wire sum to a title company out of state for a real estate investment. Anthony Roberts is an energetic and diligent notary. I was able to make an appointment with him for the next day. He was very knowledgeable and verified the necessary information.

Been with chase for decades, this is the rudest branch and if you try to complain to manager your the problem. Stay with branch on Steven for courtesy and professionalism

Worse brunch ever Lazy , unprofessional, I went to open a business account , the were to busy in the morning with the branch completely empty...... they give an appointment at 3 pm .... Then they give an appointment for 3 pm .. they call to confirm that my appointment was a 3 pm I get there and .. off course was a 3,30 pm Wondering why chase corporation don't do something when you get 1 star reviews all the time

My father died 9 months ago & I needed to liquidate his safety deposit box located at this Chase. We drove from TX to Medford with minimal time to spare. Tyler Wilkins, the manager, has been extremely helpful in every way during the whole process. Jack & Kierstyn were wonderful as well. They made it very quick & easy. Thank you 3 so much!

We paid our handyman $500 with a check. They wouldn't cash it, though he had proper ID and I had to drive 40 miles to give him the cash he needed to pay his sons school tuition. I was told at Chase they don't Flag any payments under $2000, so why did I have to rearrange my morning?

I have been using this locations drive through ATM for well over 5 years. At this point I have to assume the person responsible for maintaining the ATMs check receiver drawer and rollers is a a blind paraplegic because it hasn’t been seen or touched in 5 years.Once a week I get the pleasure of inserting one check at a time or simply going into the location to remind the staff that the company they work for grosses $36.4 billion in 2019 but can’t seem to hire a competent ATM technician.

If you could avoid going to the branch please do. Their customer service is horrible. The ATM's are always out of services.

Omg!! The most amazing experience. Sat with the manager and she helped me get back my funds after some dimwit hacked my accounts. This one teller with a scraggly looking beard was so funny during my transaction. Overall a great experience. These people are awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend!
