I have been taking my Toyota Avalon to "Castrol Premium" ever since '1998' when I bought it brand new.
A few things have changed in the past 25 yrs. but the service has always been top notch! The employees are friendly and respectful, also very quick. They have taken very good care of my car through the years, not only an oil change and topping off all the cars fluids but, letting me know when my car needs a new air filter, radiator flush or windshield wipers ? I have always been very happy with the service at Castrol Premium and Car Wash.

Went with a friend to get her truck done. The service is fine. But, if you are into entertainment while getting your oil changed, you have come to the right place. The lead "mechanic" is in charge of the main computer it seems. I don't quite know how to describe what happens. There is a lot of yelling back and forth updating the lead guy so he can track in system. Everything from "closing hood, bay 2",to "checking headlights". It's like a chaotic bidding war is going on. You might enjoy it, you might not. Don't go if you have a headache.Oh, and they changed the oil just fine.

I've been going into this place for years. It's the best place I've ever found. They have the best car wash the best people. I got to meet the owner during the Christmas season when he was working and giving his employees time off. When you're 55 years old, you appreciate good work these days ? ? ?So I had my oil changed today, and they changed out my oil plug because it was worn out on a 95 Dodge Dakota, you think? Yes, it was!
