Not a stroller friendly store design at all. It’s frustrating being that selling baby clothes is half the store. No thanks. Moms need space to operate and shop.

Very friendly and polite staff. I never make it more than 3 steps through the door before being greeted by an employee with an inviting "hello and welcome." They're always quick when I'm there for a pick up and helpful when I'm looking for something in-store. Excellent customer service!

Awful customer service. Anyone who cannot wear a mask don't even bother, the employees are jerks. Someone should send them them letter of discrimination. I will never return, even when this mask thing is over.

Greeted at the door and asked about a mask. Explained I had a medical condition and employee was extremely rude! Love carters and the prices but this store is rude!

Employees were severely rude about the mask mandate. When told I have a medical condition, was offered online shopping. Absolutely ridiculous! It’s a mandate not a law!

I was wearing a mask in the Medford Carter's store. I was one of 2 people shoping in the entire store. The sales associate to me that my 2 year old was required to wear a mask. I left the store and won't be buying anymore Carter's products. Furthermore, I will be telling my friends and family not to shop at Carter's. My 2 year old doesn't have to wear a .ask at the doctors office or anywhere else we've been in town. Good luck enforcing this, it will only cause you to lose business.

Sadly the store is requiring TWO year olds to wear a mask. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 3 years but refuse to shop somewhere that will require my 2 year old to wear mask.

I won't even give you a 1 star rating. Your store employees should be ashamed at themselves! This store discriminates and threatens customers who try to come in to your public service to shop if they dont comply with a fraudulent lie over mask mandates. Went today to get my son some clothes for gymnastics shorts and tank tops. Greeted at the door and were not allowed to go in because my son would not wear a mask. He's 4 and autistic. Never had this problem at any other stores. Carters lost our business today.

Took my 2 year old here today to spend around 100.00 for pants and cloths. We were met at the door and told our 2 year old needed a mask or we couldn't come in. Have you ever tried to put a mask on a 2 year old? Obviously these policy makers don't have kids. Also, kids are highly succeptable to bacteria produced by masks causing pneumonia... I'll never shop or give a dime to this company again!

My children have very sensitive skin, so we limit the mask wearing by having them wear faceshields. They are accepted everywhere else. We have not had a problem. In fact, we had been to several other stores prior and had no problems when entering. We decided to drop into Carters last and we entered the store with me in a mask and my oldest in a face shield. After being greeted by an employee we were approached by the manager, who proceeded to tell us my child needed a mask. When I said they have a face shield, they said they have not been allowed in the store for a year. I was shocked.Carters staff was very nice when telling us they had to have a mask on, but I was shocked they don't allow faceshields. We decided to leave the store. It's not the employees fault and the manager even seemed sympathetic. However, it is very sad that the corporation has this strict of a rule. Unfortunately, we will be shopping other places from now on and it's really sad because that only hurts the employees who have no control.
