They have a good product. I got a new coat because I lost so much weight. I was wearing my old jacket at the time. They didn't bother to tell me at the time that I could have turned in my old coat for a discount on the new one so I had to pay the full price $100. Otherwise it would have been five star.

It was all fine until a rude older lady came up to help the other cashier and had an attitude for no reason. I like Carhardt products but can go to other stores that carry it.

Bought a jacket to wear in the rain. Not only does the zipper not work, but a button on the bottom fell off. Should have a option for negative star.would not recommend with high prices and all.

Had an issue with a pair of bibs that the zipper didn't want to zip and Hanna took care of me even with them having mud on them. No hassle at all.

When did carhartt become a yuppies brand. I was looking for some work pants for my son, and they didn't have the size I needed . The staff started recommending some overpriced yuppie stores, I appreciate the help, but it was as if they had no idea what store they worked at. I would expect that from buckle, Nordstrom etc but not carhartt
