Love this store. We don't have one in our hometown and we stop everytime we are in town. Employees are friendly and helpful.

They have a good product. I got a new coat because I lost so much weight. I was wearing my old jacket at the time. They didn't bother to tell me at the time that I could have turned in my old coat for a discount on the new one so I had to pay the full price $100. Otherwise it would have been five star.

It was all fine until a rude older lady came up to help the other cashier and had an attitude for no reason. I like Carhardt products but can go to other stores that carry it.
