“I rented the car at Alamo Rogue Valley International Airport for about 10 days last December 29 thru Jan 8th for my trip to Southern California. Although I booked it thru a third party company ( hotwire) The price iI got was the best deal! When I came in to pick up the premium SUV it was just what I was expecting and very pleased with the vehicle they gave me. AJ was incredibly helpful, efficient and very professional in his manners. the rental took probably 10 minutes at the most. I couldn’t be more happier with the process.As I came back from my trip I returned the car and Tess helped me and she processed my return quickly and my deposit came back as promised. Wow! I thought this is by far the best rental experience I’ve had at at Medford airport( Alamo)Then after going home, I realized I left something in the car which must have been dropped in the slot between the drivers or passenger seat.. I just knew it there so when I called them, they said they have it and Jenny offered to fedex it to ny home address. I am just awed by the kind of customer service they offer.
