I have to say working with Aaron was excellent. He was patient and helpful and spent time allowing us to explore every option. And then when we narrowed our search he spent time searching for the exact rig that we wanted. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you Aaron and Camping World for helping us find our happy camping.

Camping world is a scam. They sold us a used trailer with so many problems and made it look like new. Let's start with the ac. Then electric problems. propane leaks. roof is falling in. The fire alarm doesn't work. its been flooded. The floor has weak spots and it still floods because they never fixed the problem before selling to me. Told us they replaced the water heater. Yea that was a lie. Jason was are salesman and he is nothing but a crook and scam artists. And when I called them to tell them about all these problems they said it was now my problem. Ya thanks for scewing me over. I'll never buy from you again nor will I ever promote your business as a good one. Next calls are to the BBB and the state attorney General.Oh and to add. I found original footage of the interior and they added rubber baseboards to hide the flood marks left behind. Will be talking to an attorney for them purposely covering up the damages and trying to sell like new.

DO NOT purchase the GAP or Warranty products! We purchased Gap and Warranty when we bought the trailer. We then paid off our trailer and decided to sell it. It took me 5 consecutive days of calling and getting the runaround to finally be connected to the finance department, just to obtain the Cancellation forms. It took anther 2 days for Collin to send me the forms. I submitted the forms to Collin on 08/27 and received a call a week later telling me that he submitted the cancellation request to Good Sam. I waited until 09/06 to call Good Sam and request a status - just to find out the dealership actually never sent in the cancellation forms at all! The dealership gets a payout if you keep the products long enough; and you lose out on money every day you have the service. Crooked people at this RV location!

Rolled out with our first travel trailer. Alex in sales could not have been more sincere or helpful. Collin in finance was amazing. Damien walked us through and gave us an overview of how to operate everything. Parts department made sure we had everything we needed as far as filters and hoses.

Walked into camping world in Medford… Was promptly greeted by Derek, who pointed us in the direction of the chairs, and asked if we needed a model! Nice, friendly, personable greeting! Jessica helped us find our table and then helped take everything out to the car, good, strong arm, thanks, Jessica!

Jessica, who represents the parts department at the Medford, Or. camping World spent extra time and efforts making sure that we saw all of the options available during our original visit. Jessica then did more research, came up with more options and took the time and effort to phone us and share her findings. We then arrived back in Medford and went to the camping World and completed our purchase. Jessica went above and beyond and deserves kudos from her superiors !! Thank you Jessica.Bill Charles Mohn

Went in to buy sturdy steps to add to our Rv on our trip back home. Not only was the associate unknowlegable, but before we purchased my husband asked if he could check our rv to make sure it fit. He refused. He said it was more than just placing it in and to look it up online. My husband did so in front of him. Nothing online explained how to do it. The associate did not offer any other assistance but to look it up and just stood there. We are going elsewhere that will actually know what they are selling. Waste of a stop and time.

We bought a brand new 21 ft travel trailer two weeks ago. We took it out for the first weekend and nothing worked. No furnace heat, no hot water no cook top. Propane regulator doesn't work. Water pump is loud as hell. Refrigerator door fell off on me. Leaking water from underneath somewhere. Don't buy from here!

Scott and Geno in the service department redeemed my experience with Camping World. I had bought my rig from another location and they had dropped the ball many times. Taking it to this location for service and repair has been much more supportive and productive. They actually cared about getting the issues fixed and had great communication.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. Joseph Smith. We sat down with Mr. Smith, told him what we needed and why we needed it. He listened carefully and walked us out to exactly what we were looking for. After experiencing terrible service, and a lack of integrity and character at another dealership our experience with Mr. smith and CampingWorld. And their entire staff was a refreshing and redeeming moment. We couldn’t be happier with our trailer and the superb service we received. We highly recommend seeing Joseph Smith for all your trailer, 5th wheel and RV needs!

Derick was absolutely amazing and super helpful. Opened our eyes to a new camper compared to a used one. He was very respectful to our needs and kept the price where we were completely comfortable. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to take out our new trailer and start making family memories.

Terrible service!! I paid $2400 for a refrigerator complete rebuild in August before I stored my 5th wheel. When I brought it in April to ready it for use, they said it was not working and that they would need to charge me for more repairs.In August, they also recommended $800 in roof maintenance. I let the my customer service rep know that I would not want to spend that if it needed a full replacement in 6-8 months. After checking with his service department, he said they would not recommend the service if it would need replacement soon. Seven months later, the Manager, Elizabeth, said that it needs more service.My complaint is that it is a larger company and they do not know past work history and then they will not stand behind what they say.
